Excelent location, in front of the ski lift ; beautiful view from de hotel; delicious breakfast; team very kind and friendly; ski store inside the hotel: perfect!!

They have crepes once a week. It is next to the ski lift and there is a ski rental place downstairs. The pool and hot tub and sauna are nice. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful when they were there . The food was fine

The curtain broke in our room before we came and every day they had to come with 3 men and a ladder to try to fix. It was very disruptive and one night we even had to change rooms. I almost cut off my toe standing up on a window trying to fix it. The room was extremely small and the layout didn’t make sense. You couldn’t close the curtain because there was a desk. When they fixed our curtain once they left a chair upside down on the bed. There was no phone in the room so every time we needed something we couldn’t call we had to physically walk up the stairs to ask for anything We never got any new water despite asking (not even bottled water, just carafe). We left dirty towels on floor and they either didn’t take them, didn’t give us new ones, or gave us wet or dirty ones. It was difficult to tell if the maid had even been there despite saying the room had been serviced. There are basically no toiletries just a body wash on the wall. So it feels much more like an Airbnb than a hotel

In one of the most exclusive ski resort town in the world, this hotel is a relative bargain. But you know why once you check in. The hotel has seen its glorious days and definitely shouting for a complete renovation. There are still several pluses. The location is nice, walk to ski lift across the street. The breakfast room has beautiful views. The best part is the staff in the ski locker room. They put on and take off your ski boots every time! A rare lux treatment, rarely offered at even the most pampering resorts. 10/10 for the ski locker staffs!

Stayed here 4 times before .In truth the hotel is not in ‘ the first flush of youth ‘ but is still acceptable. Great position , friendly and helpful staff , good breakfasts and , for Courchevel, almost good value for money ?

It was a shame that Bananas were not available for a number of breakfast despite asking at 7:40.

The bathroom should de renovated .Our room was below the kitchen and we couldn't sleep after 6.00 am well because ou the noise !

The shuttle service into town finished way to early and it was a difficult location to get too and from after bubble closed at 7:15

Location was great, all staff, each and every one of them, especially Gaelle at the reception, was very very good. Skiset next to hotel for rental was amazing especially the employees there.

First of all very old rooms, badly maintained... bathrooms, especially shower and tub technicalities, you cant have handshower run separately, runs mixed with head shower, such easy issues for such or any hotel... for getting so much money, i am sorry the hotel management cannot live on forever on Courchevel concept and they should show respect to the guests. Furthermore... we all know mountain air is dry and thats why hotels in such resorts usually have humidifiers available for their rooms upon request. And these gadgets don't even cost 1/3 of an accomodation price for a room for one single night in this hotel. The hotel didn't have a single humidifier, one can believe it or not. And because of this i had to wake up every night at least 10 times with a deserted mouth try to drink water.

Room size, cleanliness, no room service, no telephone to call the reception, no fridge, no water bottles.Very basic hotel with nothing extra.If the price is cheap, I wouldn't mind, however it is very expensive for what you get.

the room were not clean at allll, we found a spider in the room and asked them to change our room but they didn’t accept.

The common areas and hotel view are very beautiful. The location is great, shuttle stop and ski slopes are in front of the hotel. There is access to the ski room within the hotel

The hotel room is old and poorly maintained. Hair dryer does not work well. shower head very low and old. the room was cold. Bathroom heating was not working. poor breakfast

Its price was reasonable and the location was exceptionally good.

Room were small and the beds are very small.

Ski lift oposite the hotel no need to walk with ski boots.

Room size is very small and the rooms are bit old and needs renovation.Location of the hotel is a bit far from centre. You need a taxi to move to centre.

It was a good location and a good value for the money we paid.

Beds are extremely small, very simple rooms.
