Pros +
- The staff , the quality of the rooms , the transportation of the hotel
- An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, combining luxury with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect for skiing with easy access to the slopes. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. This was my first stay, and it certainly won’t be my last.
- Articles and personal items of high value like watches were stolen and we had to call the police
Cons -
- Food in general / breakfast is basic and boring. SPA very basicMattresses are hard, not very comfy.Rooms are very warm and you can hear the plumbing/ water sounds all around you.
- Breakfast: Its very weak. Not one fresg croissant except the ones that come in from a bag of 12At midnight, we had friends over they said the area closes for vacuuming and they had to leave?!We arrived 2 days late due to a real emergency from a hospital, we asked for a refund or some compensation, it was refusedThe concierge service (basically the hotel lobby receptionist) charges you 5% extra to all reservations made thru them on top of the extreme Courchevel prices (it was indicated on booking. I inform them, they had to refund the charge)The ski instructor was overly charged. The hotel makes a res from 9:30-12:30 for 365. They charged us 495 Euro because the ski instructor said he was with us. We asked him if he wanted to have a coffee with us out of politeness and he charged us for his time and hotel accepted his hours because the hotel gets 50% of the shareThere are many many other issues with the hotel. We had to go to Saint Roche to our friends hotel to have a midnight snack, to have a better service every day.
- a better access to the slopes as it was a very rigid slope that only an experienced skier could use. more choice on the food menu, thats why we mostly ate outside

The best part of the hotel is the ski room. Friendly staff and great service. Great location for ski in/out.Well staffed overall and concierge is fab.

staff was exceptional, hotel was very cosy and tidymodern look

Particularly the service was impeccable
The pool was small and cold, not what you expect for a 5*
good hotel, but shouldn’t be rated as 5 star luxury hotel - if compare to our other stays in different hotels. Stuff is very good and responsible - thank you location is good for professional not for begginers - hotel next to red slop.
stuff need improve English - general manager was very nice and kind with effort to help and resolve all issues we had during the stay, but when you spend 20k for 7 days you expect different level of service. if it’s was 300-400 euro per night then no issue. value for money no good 100%.
Good location, cozy hotel, very helpful staff

The staff super attentive
The restaurant was not prepared enough with food for the guests. They really need to improve the restaurant food menu and room service.
cleanliness, service, breakfast, overpriced
Although I’m a beginner myself but I e been to quite a few ski resort with my kids and Courchevel 1850 is the best one I’ve been to.
Expensive but not compared to the other hotels in the area
Fantastic 4 day stay at this stunning hotel located right on the piste so easy for ski in/ski out. All the staff were exceptional from the ski locker team who were always on hand to help out with skis and boots to the catering team who delivered a first class breakfast each morning, to the front of house team that were always on hand to help whether by arranging ski passes or the courtesy shuttle bus. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom for 4 of us (inc 2x 12 year old girls) was very well appointed, clean and comfortable.
Nothing - shame not to be staying longer
normal
the room was much smaller than what was portrayed. definitely not good value for money. the toilet had no ventilation and the service was generally very poor.
Concierge and staff were friendly and helpful
Breakfast, Spa, Room-service and Location.
Breakfast dissapointing
The staff weee super friendly and accommodating always welcoming us with a smile
the service was outstanding
the toilet was separated. as an Arab this is a huge issue.
Absolutely amazing! The hotel is perfect but what really shines is the quality of the service. the Sivolière team really impressed us through out our stay. This is the best hotel in Courchevel, an absolute must!!!
Beautiful hotel, great staff, easy snowboarding equipment rental.
