Pros +
- The SPA was very nice (sauna, hammam). The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very well equipped, with very hot water. All equipment was new. The room was very clean. The view from the room was wonderful. The staff were very nice and friendly, always. The breakfast was very good, with quality ingredients and plenty of tea varieties and a Nespresso machine for good coffee of various types (but with very few vegan options, for example, for those interested). It has a place to keep your ski equipment (need to ask the reception for a code, to reserve it, there's limited spots). In the same complex there are two nice restaurants, and also a ski rental shop.Les Menuires has free transportation, and there's a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can watch live when the bus is coming using the "Skibus Vallée des Belleville" mobile app. The bus comes every 20 minutes.
- Very beautiful hotel ,clean ,new ,service very good .pool ,sauna food was delicious recommended 10/10
- Our family suite was great, modern clean convenient! The staff super friendly and helpful We did not have time to experience the swimming pool but the rest of the hotel was very welcoming
Cons -
- The room was quite small. There was no fridge in the room. There was only one chair in the room. There was no tea in the room - you had to go down to the bar to ask, they gave it for free but it was awkward to go there every evening to get some tea sachets. There was no kettle in the room (but the nespresso machine in the room dispensed hot water, so we could get the boiled water). The hotel is quite pricy. It would have been nice to know about the "Skibus Vallée des Belleville" app and the fact that transportation is free before we arrived to the Gare Routiere - we walked for 20 minutes to get to the hotel. I suggest to the hotel to include this information in their automated reply and instructions.
- The permanent music in the Foyer is too loud. You can’t relax there, yet there are nice chairs to do so. The showers in the locker rooms on floor 4 need the drains cleaned: they are nearly blocked and smell. Probably the same for all the showers: the drains need regular cleaning.
- Little things, which show many small cost saving at too many small places … which is a shame, because overall, it is great. BTW, you have free parking just outside the hotel… which I did not see… and they charge € 35.- in the garage.

Convenient location, nice access to the slopes
The hotel is overcrowded , very bad situation with the elevators, hospitality shoud be better
Super clean. Friendly staff. Very modern.
New and lovely hotel, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff
We enjoyed our 5 night stay in Higalik. The rooms were comfortable with nice beds and bathrooms. Bottles water and coffee was provided, along with a safe and hairdryer and dressing gowns/slippers. The breakfast was perfect for our needs - quite a busy place between 8 and 8.30 as this is prime time before skiing but they never ran out of things and there was lots of basic choice - fruit, yoghurts, cheeses and meats, pastries, eggs etc and lots of juice choices. We had hired skis from inter sport which is right next door and accessible without even leaving the hotel building so it was so convenient. The boot room there was huge and empty, and a lift took us up one floor to ski right out of the hotel. Some days we simply crossed the road and got one of the regular shuttle buses to Croisette or beyond to Bruyeres depending on where we wanted to ski. At the end of the day, it was possible to grab a hot chocolate or cake at the hotel, drinks and free snacks (olives, popcorn) before dinner. We ate in Telemark a couple of times which was good food (except the carrot soup!). We did also venture into Les menuires. It is an 8 min easy walk to Croisette area which is very ugly but there are a few eateries there (Belleville for pizza was perfectly fine) and we had a wonderful meal at l’étoile des menuires which had alpine charm and fantastic food. We did also use the spa in the hotel - it was very busy but my teenage daughter and friend didn’t mind!
There was something about it that lacked a bit of atmosphere but this could be fixed easily. There is a lounge area by reception- the separate room could be so much more cosy and welcoming with some interior design thought rather than feeling a bit corporate. Kettles and tea and mini fridges in the room would be good. Yes it is out of the centre but the end of town where Higalik is has some prettier chalet style buildings and the ski in access was great. It would be good if they opened a pizzeria or similar either in the hotel or at this end of town as I think it would do brilliantly!
Very relaxed and chilled vibes. The spa area was lovely. Perfect spot to pick up the local bus.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing.I would have liked more healthy options - overnight oats or just plain oats with seeds The cooked sausages were tasteless. But the eggs were done very well.
Great hotel and facilities. Decent breakfast. Rooms clean and well appointed.
It’s a bit of a walk up to the village. You can ski in and ski out but, if you’re doing apres ski the distance is a little bit of a pain.
Heating in the room was good.Very comfy bed
The water of the indoor swimming pool is cold. The bedroom is really small with no space to move around. You have a tiny space to hang clothes but there is no cupboard and no place to leave the suitcases
The facilities, the room sizes, the cleanliness, the ambiance. The ski boot room leading onto the slopes.
The breakfast.
Good facilities and clean
Little far out from town if you want dinner in the evening ect
Location ski-in/ski-out, clean, nice ski room, daily bottled water in the room, large balcony.
Small spa area, weak breakfast area, not enough direct elevators, expensive indoor parking, poor heating in the rooms, no cloth drying space in the room, the fireplace worked only one evening, no road cleaning efforts (very icy), overpriced
comfortable room, ski in ski out
the pool was cold
The hotel is very comfortable and very well placed. very good breakfast and very helpful staff.
the spa was a bit too full
Good size room, ski in ski out, bus stop right in front of the hotel, staff are very friendly
Location is a little bit far from the downtown:15 mins by walk or three bus stops. At the same time there is a free bus service and bus stop is next to the hotel
Brilliant location with Ski bus outside hotel or a short 0.75m walk into town.Spa area was brilliant and rooms were good
Minor point:Could have done with a bin in the bedroom and maybe a fridge although it is colder enough to leave things on the balcony. Would like to have a kettle rather than a coffee machine so we could drink tea too.
Absolutely perfect location and vacation. Beautiful area, quiet hotel, great services, big and comfortable rooms.
