Everything. Amazing location, the best service from all staff, gorgeous food, great spacious suite. I cannot say enough good things about this traditional style French hotel. It felt so personal and comfortable throughout our stay.

Location was perfect (ski in/out), the breakfast and dinners we had were delicious. And the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

We were a family of four - two adults and two young children (7 and 5 years old). This hotel was simply fabulous - nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed (for example, when our children were unable to stay up late enough for dinner, the hotel kindly sent a takeaway box of tartiflette to our room so that we could put the children to bed before dinner). The rooms were immaculate and the facilities were great. We will definitely be returning.

Nothing. Everything was great. Location is a tiny bit far from the main lifts with children, but that is probably unavoidable and we made it work - the children enjoyed the ski down the hill to the lifts in the morning.

We particularly liked the location and ski related facilities, the friendliness of the personnel and the meals at the restaurant.

We experienced a lot of organisational problems, like waiting time in the restaurant, waiting for the room to be ready upon arrival, systematically missing dishes among those offered for breakfast, et al. Also, quality of duvets/pillows as well as some room features were not of 5 star hotel standard.

Breakfast was good and varied. Location of hotel was excellent for skiing etc. Staff were patient and helpful.Half board food options were of high quality generally.

The hotel parking charge was excessively high. Wine charges were excessively high.The availability of relevant information on hotel services etc was not easy to access. A central guest manual would have been helpful.

The location, bedroom was comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bedoorm was okay, bathroom needed a refresh, TV channels very poor 90% French TV which you simply cant do in this day and age customers expect international channels, movies and sport etc. this is a 1,000Euro/night hotel!Boot locker was too small for the hotel, not enough seating space in the boot locker room, storage inadequate for family of four.We were half board, breakfast was okay but that's all i would say, hot food selection passable and not very good quality for what we were paying.Evening meals at the hotel were poor, this hotel is trying too hard to be a high quality gourmet restaurant and failing misserably. We ate three times at the restaurant and every meal was pretty much tasteless, unseasoned and the meat quality was tough, food also came out warm not hot and had clearly been pre-prepared. This was the most dissapointing aspect of our stay we were expecting very high quality food and didnt get it.

The duplex space worked well for a family with two adult children. 2 bedrooms;2bathrooms plus a lounge.The ski in/out was great plus the availability of a locked area for ski equipment. Pleasant staff

Stayed over Xmas on half-board basis so expensive. Quality of food excellent; service in the restaurant was a total fail and got worse each night. Pool tiny & cold; Spa area cold; Sauna & Steam good.

INitial room was unacceptableSecond room, the light bulbs were not work, neither was the sauna.

The beds were not comfortable at all and the general space was fairly run down for the price.

The staff and the service were very good. The barman was very good, and also the breakfast was nice. The Room (52) was Ok, spacious and confortable for the size of our group (3) but lacked some features like a modern Smart TV, and a good Shower. Bed was confy.There is an Available driver too if you need a rideThe Ski Locker room was Ok.

The SPA facilities and pool were very disappointing.Internet Wifi signal was slow and poor on our room.The room bathroom didn’t had a fixed shower.The property Lacks a modernization.

The bedroom was big, the food was very good, the staff was fantastic, very kind, well trained and always helpful for the guests. Location is good for skiing in/out, just by the "almes" slope.

The building deco is a bit outdated and could get a renovation.

Right on the slopes. Free shuttle around town. Arranged pick up from train at Bourg St Maurice $120 Eu each way 40 min drive. Food great. We had 1/2 board. Breakfast and dinner. 3 different restaurants around village. Staff very nice and super helpful

Staff were so helpful and great location. We stayed half board and the food was beautiful.Plenty of toiletries, towels and the room was cleaned and topped up twice a day.

Only the view from the room windows met my expectations. The variety of cheeses for dinner exceeded my expectations.

1. The hotel is quite old, the photos from the booking do not correspond to reality2. The phone in the room did not work and in order to order room service, I had to go to the reception.3. The hydro massage in the bathroom did not work.4. I paid for a room with a fireplace, but it was not provided to me upon check-in ...5. My room was located next to the ski storage room, the constant trampling was clearly audible and prevented me from resting6. The room cleaning was very poor (just made the bed and hung our towels).7. Water bottles were supposed to be brought at least once a day, but in 10 days it happened only 2 times (the rest of the time I had to follow us to the reception).8. The room card stopped working 7-8 times (each time I went to the reception and I was programmed again)9. The SPA is very old and does not match a 5 star hotel!10. The hotel provides free transfer services inside the city (there, back), but when we asked twice to pick us up, the receptionist did not understand who we were and could not give the driver information about our place.11. Half of the staff did not say hello...12. For a hot breakfast, the hotel can offer nothing but scrambled eggs / omeletteif the cost of the hotel was not so high, then I would not have left so many negative reviews.therefore, I am absolutely sure that I will definitely not return to this hotel, because it is easier to rent 3 stars much cheaper if you get the same service...

This hotel was a surprisingly complete package. It was modern, excellent food, lovely bar and restaurants. Service was very good. Rooms were fantastic with log fires and good shower facilities. The spa area was a godsend when we couldn't ski.

Location is perfect - ski in and out. The suite itself was excellent, very spacious with 2 beds and bathrooms and housekeeping were great.

Dinner was good but eating in the same restaurant every night was a bit much. atmosphere was a bit lacking in the bar.
