    Pros +

    • Location , room size are good
    • Location to the ski slopes was great. Convenient ski storage also.
    • Friendly staff, nice food, nice ambient, amount of offered facilities,

    Cons -

    • Normal breakfast, room cleaning not enough . Stuff are young but sometimes are not very efficient, and don’t speak French in France
    • Terrible sleep, our neighbors woke us the first 2 nights, the hotel did not offer any recompensation. The the shower in the bathroom was a disaster, after each shower, water all over the bathroom floor. They weren't upfront about the cost of dogs and found the cost per night to be much higher that expected. The dinner menu offers no vegan options. The spa was unfortunately an extra cost and only available with reservation, this wasn't obvious when I made the booking.
    • Beds could be slightly wider.

Excellent location - pretty much ski in ski out.

Understaffed and untrained staff who are friendly but not well organized. Breakfast starts at 7.30am with only the basic like cold cut and cheese and baguettes. Hot food has to wait after 8am or so. Not great value given the price. Would not recommend for family stay as room is small and lacks basic amenities such as fridge and electric kettle.

Langley's staff is kind and professional. The rooms are spacious. Location is good even it's not a ski-in/out hotel.

For the high price, the place wasn't clean enough. The ski-room is messy.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the ski lifts, ski rental, local shops, supermarkets and bars. The food in the Alpine kitchen was fantastic, offering a range of pasta, pizza, burger, steak and meal of the day. The rooms were cozy and clean, the view from our balcony was amazing, you could see the mountains, the lake and the ski lifts.

Look location right by main ski area with friendly staff, good facilities and wide range of breakfast choices.

When checking in there was a strong shell in the room, I wasn't sure if this was because the room was above the spa. I just opened the balcony and it aired, but then we got very sick. So seems the original smell was connected and I was not able to ski 2 days out of my 4 day visit. On checkout talked to the staff about my concerns and the promised manager to phone but still charged full ski rental price and never phoned.

Lovely surroundings and views. Comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very good. Perfect central location.

    10IssyPosted on: 4-1-2025

Warm, comfortable, buzzy. Delicious food but if I could just give some feedback to the chef the theme was food needing to be hotter (temperature). Nonetheless we came back the second evening due to the great atmosphere of the bar / restaurant/ menu choices. Most staff were fabulous, we just had the odd blunt response from reception via email and in person.

Restaurant packed every evening with package holiday guests. Service was slow, food was cold. Tried to book a massage and the receptionist never contacted me.

    Great location and nice hotel

Breakfast was often disappointing as would run out of various options and could not refill.

    8TuğbaPosted on: 3-5-2025

In terms of design and architecture it was cool and meeting the expectations

The lounge area could be bigger. Even though room sizes are given correctly on booking.com, as per skiing holiday, i wish rooms could have been bigger as per comfort.

Nice hotel, nice restaurant, next to the public parking and lifts

Very slow check in, more personal needed, even to request a towel was 30min. The spa has an extra charge of 25€

Really loved the hotel! The fact that we also could make use of the spa for free for the first time was a big surplus! The restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast big! Rooms were spacious with lots of storage, the view was amazing and the bed very comfy. Would definitely stay again!

If I have to nitpick: the breakfast could use a little bit more variety as in every day something else and the temperature in the room during the night was way too hot. But that’s really nitpicking because we loved it!

Great room with a private hot tub. Huge bathroom and the room was spacious enough for 4 people. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is central and close to shops.Nice to have breakfast options in the hotel. Offering was pretty standard.

It's really busy so it's chaotic in the morning during breakfast and in the ski room. They need more seating for people to put on skis and boots. Our room was SO hot. We left the door open and turned off the heat often.Pillows can be better. No locker/safe.No kettle or fridge.

    8LucPosted on: 1-29-2025

Ideally located near a ski lift (under 5mins walk), the hotel also offers a great spa including an outside hot tub with a view on the mountainside. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy.

I would not advise taking cocktails or breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which are both tasteless and expensive.

    9AndiPosted on: 1-20-2025

Room was very clean, staff were great, restaurant also good

Although Room was functional and very clean, it was small

    8SophiePosted on: 1-20-2025

Lovely modern rooms with amazing views, ideal location close to ski lifts.

The lifts could do with being updated, very slow. The spa area was an extra cost of €12 each per person, as a paying customer I would say at least one free entry should be provided. The boot room is quite limited on space and right next to the restaurant with no changing space.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even prepared us a lovely coffee and snack before we left for our early morning return journey, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel breakfast buffet was really nice with lots of options and the food in the restaurant was also a good standard.

Room was quite small but perfectly serviceable, however a bit too warm for our liking. Shower/bathroom area was nice but lacked some privacy in the corner of the room. Missing some tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

    Great location

There is no privacy at all - and I really mean at all - in terms of the bathrooms. They are all see through glass, and the sliding door in my room didn’t close. I was a solo traveller, luckily, but for that reason I would not return.
