The hotel is clean and nice. Room is big and has a lot of space. Beautiful pool and helpful staff. Large selection for breakfast and very good

Location around the hotel. View from the window of the scaffolding. We booked this hotel also to have dinner there, unfortunately there was no table for as. Drinking water from the tap at the pool. Of course the tap water was drinkable but it would have look better if there was a jug with the lemon

Female bar staff in the Whitney bar rude and unhelpful.We were made to feel very unwelcome despite staying at the hotel and spending in excess of 20k for 4 days!

The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities ware fantastic and the whole stay was exactly as we wanted

The most bizarre things. The room was too warm and had no adjustment as it has under floor heating and the only solution was to keep the door open to get a better more comfortable tempriture as the control of same was from a centrally located control as opposed to invidual adjustment.Also the swimming pool and hot tub were too cold to make them enjoyable and i only used them both once

The breakfast was not worth it and the temperature in the room can only be changed via the reception which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was perfect!

this is an exceptional hotel in an exceptional location. The staff made every officer to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. very attentive and the hotel itself was gorgeous. we strongly recommend a stay.
