Location was great, room good and friendly bar.
Comfortable chalet hotel charm, friendly and helpful staff and great location.
Great location right by the slopes, comfortable room & nice breakfast. Would stay there again.
Nothing I can think of
Friendly and helpful staff
Spa area is open from 4pm but they don't turn anything on until 4pm so sauna etc didn't get hot until nearly 5pm. It would be nice if it was open in the morning too
Clean and cozy, and convenient for skiing. Nice bar for a post ski drink. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast.
Only bed and breakfast but plenty of places to eat nearby
Very helpful staff and wonderful location. Just a short walk from the slopes and lifts. Very cosy atmosphere and wonderful spa :)
Plenty of free public parking around the hotel in the summerLocation is centralFriendly staffNice breakfast room with big windows
Spa was a bit crowded, jacuzzi pool max 4 people ;-)
Great breakfast, big rooms and great spa. Very close to the slopes . Lovely staff!
A family owned establishment with an air of tradition and French heritage.
The location is ideal for accessing the Ski lifts and the village amenities.
Lovely breakfast which they set up early for us so we could make our transfer. The spa is also fantastic, with an incredible outdoor terrace to cool off and soak up the view.
Breakfast good, location excellent, staff lovely.
Decor above first floor a little tired as was furniture in rooms and the electric point hanging off the wall in the bathroom looked a little suspect.
Location, breakfast, breakfast room, staff
Bathroom abit outdated
We enjoyed our cozy stay at this hotel with my two kids right next to the ski slopes.
Location was great with ski lifts, shops, eateries and entertainment close by. Also close to Le Lac bus depot. I loved the ambiance of this Alps style lodge with warm comfortable common areas, great for cozy conversation. The bar area was staffed in the evenings, so a nice place to relax outside of the cute compact rooms. Unfortunately the restaurant area with great mountain views was only used for their adequate breakfast, with only larger groups able to arrange for outside catered meals to be served for dinner. We did try one of their pre-prepared dinners one evening which would be best described as an evening snack, but was an interesting concept. We especially enjoyed the spa with sauna, and there was also a hot tub and steam room.
While the facilities presented a warm homelike appeal, the staff lacked a matching personality. This may have been merely a language problem, and we figured things out as we eventually went along. I would suggest that the rooms be equipped with at least a hot water pot.
We had a very nice stay. Breakfast was excellent, a very good selection. The hotel was nice and quiet and only a couple of minutes walk to the pistes. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Really nice hotel in mountain style! Good Breakfast and really nice and helpful staff.
