Shame I couldn't stay longer!

The property was spotless. Great staff and the food was some of the best I have ever tasted. 4 course dinner every night and the cheese board is a highlight. Great location, 2 min walk from the bottom of the gondola lift that takes you straight into the centre of Avoriaz. Already looking to book our trip for next year. Thank you for being such great hosts, your hotel and hospitality is beautiful.

Wonderful boutique hotel run by a lovely family, warm, cosy, accommodating, great breakfast, fabulous 4 course evening meals, food was delicious, Chef incredible - needs a Michelin star! Perfect location 4min walk to The Prodains cable car to Avoriaz, ski rental shop and bars at bottom of the slopes. Ski-in-ski out also an option depending on snow conditions plus easy bus access into Morzine.

Exceptional food (we stayed half board), amazing service and great location for a ski trip.

Rooms are a bit on the small side but cosy.

This family run hotel is incredible, the rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable, but the Food is incredible! Highly recommend the half board option, will not disappoint! Location is fantastic for Avoriaz slopes. Free Bus stop to morzine is right outside.

We loved everything. Thank you for making our pre Christmas trip so special. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Always smiling. Made you feel so at home and welcome. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in which is all down to the staff. Amazing food. Great facilities. 10/10 service. So attentive. We were a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler.

Perfect location, we were able to ski to the door and only a short walk to the base of the lift. Breakfast and dinner was great.

A very traditional Alpine hotel . All the staff were very helpful and accommodating and work so very hard every day . The Hotel is spotlessly clean and the food was fabulous !Would definitely recommend and we will return

Amazing family run hotel with superb food and where the staff couldn’t do enough to help out.Took account of all our dietary requirements.Next to a ski lift that works in summer and allows ready access to walking and other sporting activities

The WiFi is a bit iffy but not a major issue if you want to get away from it for a while

I cannot speak highly enough of the owners and the staff, nothing is ever too much trouble. We stayed half board and the meals are superb. The pool is lovely and it kinda goes without saying that the location is A1

The room smelt of cigarettes which is pretty poor when almost every hotel i stay in is totally non smoking .. there is a sign that says no smoking but it’s in an ashtray LOL and so I guess people will just assume it’s ok to smoke.

a fantastic location next to the Prodains gondola so we were only minutes away from the centre of Avoriaz where the skiing was excellent. The hospitality at the hotel was great and the food was delicious, we had amazing meals, although it was a set menu and it would have been good to have a choice for those who may have preferred other options (although alternatives were provided if ordered in advance)

We had a triple room and a little more storage for clothes would have been useful, also an area to dry out wet clothes would have been helpful - but these are just minor points and didn't affect our stay

Great location, next to Prodains lift which is open until late evening for easy access to Avoriaz. Close proximity to ski bus to Morzine. Fabulous 4 course evening meals, wow the food was delicious. It was my second stay at the Hotel des Prodains and the experience was much the same as the first time. There is a warm welcome and comfortable rooms. The food is excellent. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the bottom station of the Prodains lift, so access to the ski area is easy.

Booking.com charged for two-person occupancy despite my travelling solo. Would have been half the price if I had booked directly with the hotel.

We loved the breakfast with the many homemade offers! We also liked a lot the location that is very close to the skiing lift.

We did not like too much the ski rental store (sport 2000) that cooperates with the hotel and where you get 20% discount when you stay at the hotel. We also expected the spa area to be bigger (there is only one small sauna and one jacuzzi) and that it would be open until later in the evening (open only from 5 to 7pm).
