Lovely hotel a short walk from the center of town and the ski lifts. Very friendly staff, exceptional breakfast and nice

The bed and room were very comfortable and clean

My stay was only 1 night and for that I feel it was very expensive (though was all that was available when I booked). The room was pleasant but not luxury for the price, breakfast is added on top and also fairly expensive (though quite a lot of options). Kettle in my room was broken. I arrived later at night and was leaving the next morning so was unable to make the most of facilities as the pool/spa is not open until the afternoon. Would have felt better value for money for a longer stay, or if the facilities were all open.

The hotel was fantasticGreat room size and bar area. Ski hire ago on site Nice pool, jacuzzi Staff were so helpful . My husband had an accident and they drove us to the Medical centre and backBus stop outside

Loved everything from the food to the spa and view and convenience for the bus etc. 1 thing i will say is the water in spa is a danger and needs resolving before someone hurts themselves

2 couples staying and we enjoyed our stay. I would have liked access to spa in morning or afternoon. I feel breakfast could have been included in the price. Staff were very nice and welcoming!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely. They also had great facilities for those who wanted to ski and then shower after checkout.

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were excellent to enjoy as a group. It is well located for the bus to the slopes and short walk to town

Location not especially close to Super Moraine lift or Pleney. Restaurant lacked atmosphere although food was good.

Great location, short walk into town and also on the navette route to the les prodaines lift just outside. Great breakfast and convenient bar, nicely designed rooms. More than the sum of its parts

Ski room does need an update, but it works. The heated boot room was actually a bit colder than the surrounding rooms, having said that the boots were dry in the morning . Bath robes a bit underpowered

The locations was very close to the centre of the village, staff were friendly and very helpful. On the bus route for pleney and Avoriaz.

The hotel was clean but there were marks on the duvet and pillows.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It had great facilities and a great, home away from home atmosphere. The pool, sauna, steam and shower facilities were excellent (I'd prefer the pool a TAD warmer in winter ;) The food for breakfast and in the restaurant was fab. The ski room was brilliant, bar area lovely and spacious, the games area really well looked after. Honestly, couldn't fault it! The views from our balcony were the best, the room comfortable and not too warm.

Excellent location, short walk to Morzine village. Great facilities, lovely rooms (very clean), friendly staff and cosy reception area - the water pressure (shower) was great too! Will definitely be back! Exactly what you need.

The cleaning staff were great and cleaned our room everyday (despite having the do not disturb sign on our door).

Very expensive for what you get essentially just a room. Breakfast v expensive much better value going to solade cafe down the road . the pool & sauna only opens at 4pm so you can not use them during the day . No milk given in room for the tea and coffee making facilities .

Clean rooms, friendly staff and location.

Could have put salt on the driveway to melt the snow as it’s a dangerous slope entrance/exit to the property.

Our rooms were beautiful. Traditionally decorated and very spacious. The pool area was an added bonus to our stay and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Nothing at all....(although the morning bells from the local church took a bit of getting used to...nothing to do with the hotel I realise!)

Staff were all so friendly and welcoming and hotel was in great location.

Personally, we do not eat a large breakfast so 18 euros pp was a lot to spend on breakfast each day in the hotel.We found ourselves getting a croissant and coffee from the local bakery instead.
