Location.

We hit a heat wave so the room was hot with no air conditioning or fan.

Perfect facilities for a ski break. Ski room with heated boot rack. Amazing breakfast available, with a huge choice of both cooked and continental breakfast, including fresh, homemade speciality breads and granola.Bar in the evening with a choice of board games.Very modern and tasteful bathroom. The owners/managers were very friendly.Not too far to walk to the ski lifts.

Nothing! Perhaps a little more tea/coffee facilities (including milk)

Lovely owner and very comfortable hotel. Quiet location - only short walk to skibus and village. Great breakfast!

Rooms could do with a makeover

The hosts were very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. It is in a perfect location for the free ski bus and is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Morzine.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent, room was very clean with a nice bathroom. Very close to ski bus stop, which was only 2 stops from the Pleney lifts.

Room was small but all I needed with the en-suit, this hotel was spotlessly clean and a great breakfast. I’d be happy to stay there longer and only a 10 min walk to the plenney.

Good breakfast, friendly family run hotel, free parking

A great little family-run place, very welcoming staff members, helpful for local information. For the price we paid I am very happy with the accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom is basic and relatively small, but clean and a perfectly good place to stay for a few days skiing with a friend. Great proximity to the bus stop to take you up to the Prodains lift which takes about 10 mins. Approx 10 min walk into town centre/super Morzine lift. 5 min walk from Morzine bus station.

In a nice location beside the river and in the main bus route although Pleny lift was only a 10 min walk. Very clean, comfortable and well-presented. Warm family hospitality and nice breakfast.

The Le Soly Hotel is a wonderful Hotel well run and very clean, from room to dining area with a fantastic and hard working husband and wife that look after you

HOtel staff/owner was so welcoming and helpful with all our questions. good ski storage spot. good bar and even a sauna on request. Lovely place to stay.

Having a slightly larger bathroom with walk in shower rather than shower in bath would have been better but it was not a big problem.

Thought I had booked B&B- but had to pay 14 Euros per person per day

Breakfast not included, TV remote changed on day 2, volume control locked on the remote, couldn't hear and no explanation on how to use new remote and access TV programmes.

From the moment we arrived at hotel Le Soly we were made to feel very welcome. Lovely friendly staff. The hotel is a short distance to the village and The Pleney ski lift. The bus stop is just outside the hotel or you can walk in 15 Mins.

Can’t fault the hotel. Was just what we needed for our weeks skiing.

Comfy beds, fresh and tasty breakfast. Everywhere was super clean. Location excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Large car park.

Breakfast was perfect for us. Location for the town great, close enough to be there quick far enough to be quiet. Staff were great ! They went above and beyond.very helpful and a warm atmosphere. Room was very clean with nice views black out roller blinds were great and pool was a bonus in the 35deg heat.
