Vessel Inn Keisei Tsudanuma Station

Location was super convenient, staff were friendly and price was quite affordable, while a little on the small size, relative to something in the US, it was still plenty

Strategically located next to the train station and a grocery store. Very comfortable bed and all amenities were provided, including phone cables in the room. A great place to rest.

The bathroom felt a bit old, with some scratches here and there.

The rooms were nice and clean. Nice hot showers.

I wish the breakfast was cheaper. Considering the competition, hotels these days should include breakfast. Free coffee bar was nice though.

Directions to hotel are inadequate. This hotel is the top 5 floors of the building next to the Train station and above a supermarket without obvious signage. The staff’s spoken English is very limited. Could have done with Bottle water in room Would be helpful if any notices we’re also in English. We would have like to visit the beach but this information was not offered.

Close to the station, easy access and nice breakfast.

Couldn’t change room temperature (too hot in winter) and couldn’t open window to regulate temperature or change air. Nice cups and kettle but no tea/coffee, or spoons.

The room is small but very comfortable, downstairs from the hotel is a wonderful supermarket and many local places to eat, plus the metro is just 3 minutes away.

Unfortunately the hotel is a bit far from the tourist part, it is a city far from the most emblematic areas, everything is an hour or more away…

It’s very near the Tsudanuma train station, quite a distance from main city attractions but the efficiency of Japan’s train system made it very convenient. Clean towels every single day. Quiet neighborhood but with available McDonald’s, convenient stores and local restaurants around. We also loved the beautiful view as you have breakfast at the 10th floor, the Mt. Fuji is viewable on a clear and sunny day.

The pillow is not comfortable. Too soft and too low. If we have a few options for pillows, it would be great. Packed dropped coffee should be offered at the amenity section. I wish the breakfast time ends at 10am. The window is locked. I could not open the window to change the air. The floor area is a bit too small for two people to open the suitcase. We struggled to find the space to put the luggage.

Great cation. Very handy to go from the station. Literally right next to the station. Free upgrade of the room so that I don't need to change after my daughter arrives at the hotel. Good service there! Thank you!

The room smelled like stale air. The was down was locked and couldn't change the air. This is the biggest point to put me off this time of stay. Drip coffee packs should be included as a part of amenities? A bit strange that there's a pot in the room but no tea bags or dripped coffee sachets are available.

We accidentally left our passports in our room and didn't realise until we went to check in at Haneda for our flight to Okinawa. The hotel staff kindly posted them to our friend's house.

Very cozy and clean. it's awesome to have delicious breakfast with great view every morning.

They tried to charge us an extra 5000yen for no reason and the "three" people room had items/beds only for 2.
