APA Hotel Nishifunabashi Ekimae

Location was good. Staff was friendly.

Room was very small, only had double bed.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Beds were super comfy. Loved that there were lots of pillows in the room.

I found the room to be way too small for two grown adults. I’m glad we were so busy and only had to sleep there.

Located next to the train station (and yet still very peaceful), exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The rooms are small (think a UK Premier Inn Hub room) but perfect for two even with big cases (they go under the bed). We were next to the lift and we didn't hear it once! Staff can manage some English, the restaurant next door does a great katsu. Wifi was amazing, room was cleaned every few days and that was enough, but plenty of fresh towels on request. If you don't like firm beds you might suffer (we loved it) and the AC could be put on timer, great for bedtime. For the price, it's a great little business hotel and we will stay in these again.

Great room, everything was very clean and neatly packed. The bathroom was an added bonus to it all. I had a nice view from the window and the bed was very comfortable

Great location, across the road from the train station and 7/11 and. Facilities were clean and tidy. Bed/pillows were a little hard and the room is quite small but the room size is pretty standard for Japan and it has a great private bathroom.

Clean room, friendly staff, very helpful with luggage transfer. Small rooms, but this is expected with most APA rooms, but there was room under the bed for suitcases. Thanks again!

Very small rooms, centralised air con managed by the hotel

The location was superb with easy access to metro lines. We used this as a base to visit Tokyo Disney, and it was absolutely perfect. Staff were kind and courteous, late checkout was offered for a small fee per hour, which was much appreciated. We will be back!

The bed was slightly hard, but really nitpicking here.

My stay was comfortable. Everyone was pleasant. Although I expected the staff to speak English better for hotel employees.

The walls and ceilings are thin. I could hear my neighbors.

Location was ideal. One minute walk to train station. Convenience stores located close by. Quiet and clean. Everything well maintained.

Hotel was all we needed for a two night stay to base ourselves for a quick day trip to Tokyo Disney Sea. Room was small but comfortable. Luggage can fit under the bed. Shower space small but functional. Eateries around the area, few ok Italian places too.

The location was close to the station and we were grateful for the late checkout and bag storage on the last day. The on screen information in each room was very informative. The rooms were clean.

While the concept of making rooms smaller and therefore better value for money is a good idea, it didn't work for us. Putting luggage under the bed then having to drag it out was a pain and my husband being 6 foot 3 struggled with the size. The rooms appeared bigger when I booked, so this was disappointing. My husband had previously lived in Japan for 10 years and is a fluent speaker. He recognises the attept at trying to explain to foregners what is "acceptable" in Japan. He felt it insulting for foreigners who are trying to do the right thing (my family of 7 were all attempting to speak Japanese when we could).

Room is quite small (but acceptabel because it is Tokyo)If you plan to go to disney on weekdays, you might have to get on a very crowded train because you will have to use inbound train in the morning and outbound train in the evening.

Quieter town outside of Tokyo as expected. But so close to the train station which was wonderful.

Not much, I think the amenities and facilities are more than fair for the price of each stay.

It’s not necessarily to provide new towels daily. This just causes a pile up of bags in an already small room and is environmentally unfriendly.
