Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan

Some hotels are places to sleep — this one is a place you return to.I’ve stayed at Courtyard Marriott Yerevan many times, and each visit is marked by genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a team that truly cares about their guests. From the comfort of the rooms to the kindness of the staff and the thoughtful touches along the way, everything feels effortless and welcoming. It’s rare to find such consistency and warmth. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Yerevan.

Excellent breakfast, courteous staff, great location

Small room size

Smaller room size than expected. Very clean, Best staff, Excellent breakfast, bar and restaurant. Hotel location is fantastic with walking distance to everywhere. It can not be quiet because of the street noise/people. Has nothing to do with hotel itself.

all good.

Good Location! Friendly Staff! Comfortable bed! Sparkling clean! They had everything for a pleasant stay.

Location

It’s so noisy , ac was not working , very small rooms I understand it was business hotel but this was the smallest courtyard I ever stayed

Location, new and well maintained, staff friendliness

Late housekeeping (5:00 p.m.) after we came back from a long day

New, clean, staff was extremely friendly and professional

Bar closes at 1 am which for jet laggers is a problem

Area, service, lobby bar and parking.

i did not like the pillows. was not comfy. also ventilation not the best.

Excellent welcome as always! The hotel is very central, brand new and happening ? Great food and drinks, live music and greatly organized rooms. Perfect stay for both business or leisure. We’ll keep recommending the Courtyard by Marriott when in Yerevan. Thanks a lot to the whole team!

Room was very comfortable, with great views, great linens and comfy bed.

Bathroom amenities were missing on day 1, so we called the reception desk to request conditioner which was empty in the shower container but it took 2 nights for it to be replenished. On night number 3 the bath soap in the shower finished, so I called reception again to have it replenished but it was not replenished. We stayed 2 more nights and we used shampoo instead of soap but that is NoT what I expected from a 4 or 5 star hotel

Location and Staff are outstanding. Rooms are quiet and clean with prefect bathroom size.

I've reserved the suite, and it was unacceptably located with a blocked view of a neighbouring building ! These types of rooms should be located in a better view area.

Great location, delicious and varied breakfast, very attentive staff in the restaurant during breakfast, very polite and attentive staff at the reception.

Great location. Modern and clean. About halfway between Republic Square and the Cascade. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very walkable.

Fantastic gym, very good breakfast, nicely lit room, very good shower.

It's too pricey for such a small room.

Cleanliness- very good breakfast- great location - good price. Everything was perfect

Great hotel, very clean, convenient location, helpful stuff, tasty breakfasts, nice restaurant on the second floor "Gia", cute bar on the first lobby floor.

Common work area is too dark and not sound isolated.

Excellent location close to lots of bars, restaurants and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. High quality accomodation, well serviced to a very high standard.

Nothing at all

The location , the hotel set up , the quality of the food and the service was excellent

There is no area I can smoke , the smoking only on the corners and if there is part of the open area to be for smoke specially winter. It is just a recommendation
