I like this place. Each visit I stay here. Old,, but still alive 5* stars hotel, clean, extremely friendly.

Location is good, staff were polite and good. It was good to have indoor and outdoor pools.

I didn’t like the service of bar near the pool. We want to order drinks from the pool bar, but they denied and ask to go out of the pool, go to another bar, pay and come back again. May some waiter come and take the order, but no. Besides the temperature of PC was cold.

Clean, big, light rooms with a high cells. Everyday clean service, hospitable receptionists, tasty restaurant (normal prices) enjoyable pool and spa services.

We like everything about property itself, the only thing was the distance from city center.

Everywhere was clean. Whenever you needed anything, the hotel would provide it for you. They paid attention to your requests. The staff's behavior was excellent.

This hotel is far from the city, but on the bright side, the taxi fares are cheap. Also, when we visited, the city was full of flies, which were really bothersome. I believe the windows definitely need some kind of protection.

The staff were absolutely amazing and made the trip memorable. Especially the manager, Anahit. She went above and beyond to provide a truly excellent service. The hotel is nice and well loacted.

We liked the room and it was comfortable.

We did not like how the staff lied to us. We understand the rules of every hotel in the world that the check in is usually at 2.00 pm and check out is 12:00 pm. We asked 3 different staff members that we will check in at 1.00Am after midnight and there was no problem. We asked about the check out time based on the check in timing, we were informed that we can checkout at 12:00 am. But around 2.00pm afternoon we received a call from the receptionist that we have 10mins to check out and they will be going to change extra from us as half day. After arguing we were not charged for that extra 2 hours, but their behavior towards us was so rude.

The service of the entire hotel and every single staff are attending, polite and cooperative, very helpful. The housekeeping is 24/7 at your service and room service (food/resting) from 8:00 to 24:00 and many to mention.

Minor lack is less options of food selection in the menu, otherwise everything is just perfect.

The hotel is really beautiful from outside. We liked the nice big spacious room for our family. Very hot shower water, we loved that. The breakfast was really good. We also had some food in the evenings, pizzas and kinkali was great. Nice swimming pool, hammam and sauna. We enjoyed it one night when we got the courage to get into the cool indoor pool water. Would have been really nice if it was a bit warmer in winter.Staff was very helpful. They always helped if we needed to book a taxi or if we needed food late at night. Good prices on food and drinks. Nice games room with seating area that we enjoyed every night.

Water of the pool was a bit cold, would have been nice if it was a few degrees higher as it was winter. Games - air hockey table only had one pusher. Rooms were very hot when we arrived, but we turned the AC off and opened a window to let most of the hot air out, 22 degrees Celsius is about as hot as a room should be no more than that. When we got there it was uncomfortably hot, but we sorted it out and the rest of the trip it was great. It is a bit far out of town, so you need to take a taxi to get anywhere, you cannot just take a walk to another restaurant or shops. There is one small shop next to the road a walkable distance from the hotel, but it is next to a really busy highway and the people there are driving dangerously on that road, don't know if I will walk there.

Great pool with clean water, good selection of food and drinks by the pool, clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly reception, bathrobes and water in the rooms. Nice view from the window, even the construction didn’t bother us

If 5 stars had not been declared, then there would have been fewer questions. Guys, sorry, 5 stars?! There are very few towels per guest, no towels for the pool are provided at all. In a 5-star hotel, the staff is as invisible as possible to the guests - here they walk around chatting, smoking right in the workplace, dirty dishes are carried on a cart right through the guests' lounge area, because the wash room is next to the billiard room!The rooms seem to be cleaned well, but the public spaces are poorly cleaned - in the billiard room in the morning all the tables are dirty, there was no place to play board games with the child, the tables by the pool are dirty too. The sunbeds seem to be excellent, wide, but the mattresses are dirty, the nets under the mattresses are all torn. If you lift your head and look at the awnings over the tables by the pool, it's just dirt.Family rooms look attractive, but it is simply dangerous for children, you have to be on guard all the time so that the child does not fall off. Plus it’s very stuffy upstairs, although downstairs the air conditioning is working full blast.And it’s all like this: there is a dartboard hanging, but there are no darts. Well, darts cost pennies, guys! There is air hockey, but it is broken. There is billiards, but only one cue. There is a children's playground, but it is very broken. The water in the bathroom takes a long time to adjust and disappears after flushing, the sofa in our room was torn.The hotel need a good manager very much. The condition of the hotel needs to be monitored all the time! Now it seems like they built it and don’t do anything until it completely falls apart

Fresh air

A semi-detached two-story room, with a railing through which a small child can climb and fall. UNDESIGNED! 4th floor without elevator! No one helped to lift things to the 4th floor without an elevator during check-in! The same goes for check out! The breakfast is very poor with green apricots! A lot of flies in the restaurant! The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars.

When the kitchen beside the pool they were warming the French fries potato in the microwave. The bar in the pool, should have a cashier.

The rooms are clean, spacious and have high ceilings. Complimentary water, tea, and toiletries. The pool is rather nice, with swings (in the water too) attached to a bar (drinks not for free) half in the water, which was pretty cool. Lobby is nice, the Turkish steamroom was quite pleasant as well. Great bathroom and shower.

-extremely cold indoor pool. Pointless to go swimming after hours.-outdoor pool closes way too early-music at the pool is way too loud. This is a relaxing resort/hotel, not a music festival or concert, what in the world were they thinking? - buttons on the lift/elevator are sometimes unresponsive-doors to the room slam unless you close them carefully-location is kind of weird, far from the city center (20-25 mins by taxi)-reception seems understaffed sometimes. Had to wait for 15 minutes to pay for the room.
