    Pros +

    • Location and price
    • The location is very good. The room is quiet. The facilities of the hotel are OK.
    • Breakfast was good. Good variety of dishes. Room ac worked well.

    Cons -

    • It was very tough to get waters from the front desk. There was certainly a language barrier, but it seemed like they were being overly stingy. The breakfast was eclectic and had a lot of choices. But, the coffee was not good.
    • Nothing to mention.
    • The young guy at the reception needs to learn to smile for starters. No one seemed friendly as such. Not that anyone was rude, but u get the point! We had opted for breakfast/ lunch /dinner package which was a big mistake since lunch and dinner were not buffets. And alacarte option were not too many. Just 4 main dishes to choose from to be precise. The first night we did choose, but the food wasn’t too appetizing so dint take a chance with having lunch or dinner there again.

I reserved breakfast and dinner but was not able to order from the menu and options were limited to 4 dishes. We stayed 8 nights and you can imagine how disappointing that can be. There was no mention of limited food options while I booking everything and paying for it.

    Great stuff, clean rooms

Really bad wi-fi connection, the sauna didn't work,

The hotel staff who were in charge of cleaning turned out to be amazing people, ready to help at any time. This was one of the pluses of the hotel. Also, I would probably point out the location as a plus.

The hotel externally looked nice, which gave the impression of a decent place. But the first problems started at the front desk. The thing is, we had chosen a room with two beds, but we were told that no such room was available at the moment. We asked to have the bed separated, but this was also refused for the same reason. We were also promised two blankets instead of one, but this promise was forgotten. A small thing, but unpleasant. One of the disappointments was the SPA. We booked in advance for a sauna and massage the next morning, and the hotel employee promised to inform us by phone about the availability. On the morning when we were going to the SPA, the same employee told us that we hadn’t booked anything and that there would be no massage because the specialist was unavailable. In the end, we managed to visit the sauna, but only after some discussion. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The food was not tasty, and neither was the coffee — we only had breakfast once.Overall, we were disappointed in the hotel.

The double room suite was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was copious and variable. The staff was very responsive and professional. Clean spa facilities and walkable distance to the heart of the city. A big thank you!

Large room, great view of Mount Ararat. Our room was kept clean. The sauna and Turkish baths are lovely. The reception staff are helpful. They let us leave our suitcase before check-in so we could freely explore the city. Shower was good.

On arrival we were told there were no double rooms left so we had 2 single beds that couldn't be pushed together. They were also hard and lumpy. The location is quite far away which might make it quieter than other hotels but it was a hilly walk into the centre. The breakfast area was so dirty, even when we were first down for breakfast so I don't know if the tables are ever cleaned. The bread is disappointing and there's not even a toaster to make it better. It's hard to find any staff at breakfast. A cleaner told me that I shouldn't drink the bottled fountain water and should just use the tap in the bathroom. This seemed rude. Often the elevators smelt of cigarette smoke. The pools are really cold. Generally it seems like a worn out old hotel.

The accommodation was very good. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is sumptuous, the food is delicious. The staff is very kind. I can only say good things.

Good location, friendly and polite staff, good breakfast, and great spa

The WiFi network was too bad. And they cleaned every 2 days.

Our room was really large, and interestingly designed, with a curved headboard for the king sized bed. The staff were super friendly. I used the spa for two hours: one hour in the hammam and one in the sauna. Both had its separate plunge pool and sitting area with exotic decor. While not really in the city center, the hotel is within walking distance.

The hotel was difficult to find; we had to inquire at a local store, as there was no signage on the road. The breakfast was simple, with dishes we usually associate with lunch or dinner. Armenian bread is so delicious, but we were offered only simple rolls and white bread slices.

Staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, once you got to know them: there's always two sides to any equation (or: show respect if you wish to earn it). There's 2 saunas: a dry one with a cold pool, and a steam one with a warm pool with jacuzzi. Both VERY nice - make sure to book them at reception, always for 1 hour. My bedroom was excellent. Hotel has some limited food options that I used twice in the bar area: quite good food and nice wine.

Breakfast is ok, not more than that: enough options, just could do with a bit more love and care ("hot" options get cold quickly, the nice fish can't be found anymore soon after opening of brekky, the coffee is very average and again lukewarm). If you don't like noise, ask the hotel when you book to give you a room not on the side of the dancing/bar or whatever it is - pretty noisy, though after midnight it soon gets quiet again. Didn't bother me much, but I'm pretty sure some would not enjoy this.

Lots of options at breakfast, and we recommend using swimming pool and sauna

There were no problems during our stay

Clean ..20-30 walking distance to center ..Cooperative , Professional and Helpful Staff ..Delicious Breakfast ..Sauna and Steam Rooms are available upon prior reservation ..

When I arrived hotel at 11 am the receptionist asked me money to early check in or wait to 3 pm .I know that is hotel’s policy and I accept it but for customer’s loyalty they should make early check in after 10 am for customer when room available .

Staff is very friendly and helpful, just a few minutes walking distance to city center. Buffet breakfast was excellent with some variations daily, and delicious flavours. My room was spacious and very quiet. The spa section was very good, I had access to the pools, hamman and sauna and enjoyed it greatly. I definetely recommend this hotel and for sure I will stay in on my next travel to Yerevan. I am a happy customer. Thank you.

    All was good

Big room yes...that's it and yes breakfast was good...

The location is very far from the main center..besides honestly nothing to see in Yerevan....we asked for double bed...and they just joined 2 single bwsa..making it uncomfortable Yes we did last minute changes and they accommodated. But the dinner was very poor...yes breakfast speed was food...tours from the place very pricey...hardly looks like. Hotel...won't go back

"Great hotel! Nice and clean rooms, very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I could totally recommend!

I liked the stay, so maybe breakfast could have more more options, but that’s just a small point.
