Yes the Hotel meet our expectations and yes we liked a lot that we could use the pool until 22:00! The locations was also very convenient due the Metro station proximity.

I think that it needs a bit of renovation because it dates back from other decade but it is not an issues, it is just a personal point of view.

Comfortable room with mini fridge and a desk, very good breakfast. It also sauna and a pool which I didn’t manage to attend though. 15min walk to the republican square

Nice well equipped hotel with all facilities, amenities and daily room servise. Room was large and comfy, clean bathroom. Rich and tasty breakfast.

Soft mattress in the bed, bit noisy room. I missed some hooks in the bathroom to dry clothes or swimming suite as well as hooks in entrance hall.

The hotel is obviously beloved by tour groups. If they come to have breakfast, it could happen that other guest would have problem to get a seat. I was three nights there. The breakfast was very good and they played classical music. That was really nice. The recommendation of dinner was Fantastic. Most of the personnel were friendly.

The furnitures are somehow old.

You cannot leave before staff checks a room after you.A lot of touristic groups makes it hard to find a free table at a breakfast

The location is good. The hotel is only 10 min from the city centre, food shops and metro station. The room is quite big. The swimming pool is clean and nice. The hotel staff is very helpful.

The carpet in the room doesn't vacuum often. It looks dusty. The breakfast is poor. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

Nice and friendly staff who answered all questions and help with all our needs. Good breakfasts. Clean rooms.Also, they have free of charge baggage store room, so after releasing rooms on day of our departure - we were able to leave our travel bags there and have couple of more hours for walking around the city.

1. Renovation is quite old - it is time to do it again (mechanical door locks and vintage AC control panel is not what I normally would expect from a 4-star hotel in 21st century :-) )2. Safe in the room was useless: a) it is very small and my laptop didn't fit it; b) there was no instruction available how to set/reset the pin code.3. Shower corner had no door (by design) so I had to be very careful to make sure I don't cause flood.

They need to improve the breakfast option and internet connection.

Good value and breakfast was different every day. We actually stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. One night on our own and 3 nights with the tour group.

Correct, good quality large city hotel. Nothing special, but everything was done in the right way. Free parking. Good breakfast, as is normal in Armenia. Free parking in the basement garage.

Perfect location, the city center is really close, you can find everything in the surrounding area. The staff is really kind and helpful. They have daily room cleaning service, therefore the rooms are super clean. The air conditioning system stopped, I reported the issue and they fixed it really fast. The room is larger than a usual hotel room, free amenities also provided. The breakfast is excellent, they are providing a great variety of local and international food with fresh fruits and vegetables as well.

The elevator is not working properly. We stacked 2 times into the elevator as it stopped. We pressed the emergency button several times but nobody answered and none came to help us to we had to force top open the door.
