Good service, tasty meal, near from public transport stations, comfortable room. Booked without issues. Price as described, no hidden fees.

In my winder stay there was ice on tall stairs steps on entrance which remains in place more than 1 day. There also Icicles were on top of entrance corridor over the head. It is very dangerous: the guest could fall from stairs and broke limbs or got more damage, the Icicles could fall to head and make serious damage. You must take seriously care of ice cleaning in winter period all the time.

We traveled with family, and we absolutely loved the room. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for our stay. The balcony offered a lovely view, and since the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations.The room was basic but functional, though there were some major inconveniences. There was only one trash bin, which wasn’t nearly enough for a family that likes to eat in the room. We also found that the hotel doesn't clean rooms or change towels during your stay, which is quite unusual, especially for a multi-night visit.Another downside was the payment method. The hotel only accepts cash, and there’s no card machine available, which was really inconvenient. It would have been much easier to pay with a card, especially for an international guest.For anyone traveling with large luggage, be aware that there’s no elevator, which can make things tough when carrying heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs.Location-wise, while the hotel is relatively peaceful, it’s a bit isolated. The nearest shops and restaurants are a 10-15 minute uphill walk, which can be a bit tiring, especially if you're older or have young kids.

I loved the location and the staff.They were highly professional very helpful especially the girl in reception Armine She spoke good english which is rare to meet in hotels in Armenia and sh gave me a nice and clean room ! Its a grate hotel for the price

There is no room service to order food to the room but they have a small cafe inside of hotel so its fine

Big room..

I ask for room clean up after a day of stay along with door tag clean sign but no action.I ask the reception that it's ok no need to clean but just empty the trash bin. He responded that no cleaner was available. It will be available only in the morning after we check out. With no complaints, I empty the trash bin mostly diapers. Out of the building from the second floor. I then asked him to give me a plastic bag for the trash bin so I can place it but unfortunately they don't have it either.. Secondly, When we arrived he said no cash coz machine was unserviceable, luckily, we (my family and my colleague's family) have enough cash that we exchange from the airport. Thirdly, my colleague booked us the Dec 21 rooms and I booked Dec 22 and 23 room for 2 families When we arrived Dec 22 at 2am, .He said only 1 3bed available rooms for family. One family will be on a 2 bed (2 adult 1 16years old and 1 8 years old) will be sleeping) but still my colleague agreed since he promised the next day he will give us what we booked. When we arrived from tour around night time My colleague expected to be transferred for another room but same reception guy declined that he give to another customer since we came late night and he thought we will not transfer. My colleague ask to refund the difference of the room. But again he said he will manage and eventually gave the room that we booked for. What a liar! Poor customer service, even plastic they don't have. As for the unserviceable machine, they should advise the people who book for them for card payment. What if we don't have cash that time and it is 2 am in the morning? Location is not near to city center.

I liked the way the staff treated me, how private it was and the tv.

The room is spacious

They do not provide enough adaptors for their own equipments in the room(water heater, hair dryer, fridge) All these appliances have different power outlet and they gave us just 1 adaptor. Sad.

Our room is big

Many stairs and no elevator, the split was not working well, no service, when the passengers arrive they are tired and they should be able to make a coffee, but there was no coffee or even water.

Lovely large room, clean, nice view from balcony. Very good value.

Size of the room

- Noise, because there is night club very close to hotel working to 2 am or after- Its near for metro 12 min but if u have child’s that will be difficult - bathroom was not good

I'm subtracting one star for each issue we encountered during our stay:Dirty walls and corners — the rooms were not cleaned properly, with dust and dirt visible.Awful breakfasts — the food was of poor quality, with very limited options.Sleeping staff — some of the staff literally fell asleep during conversations or did not wake up when we needed their assistance.Poor Wi-Fi — the connection dropped every 5-10 minutes, making it unusable.Very loud music in the evenings — a nearby restaurant played music so loud it disturbed our rest.Smell of the sewers in the bathroom — the room was filled with an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom.The hotel asked me to cancel my reservation on Booking — they wanted me to cancel through Booking so they could avoid paying the service commission.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness, comfort, and respectful service.

Good budget stay! The room is clean and spacious, and the linen is white and fresh. Nice view to the other slope of the hill from the balcony.

Very loud restaurant down the hill. BUT! It closes exactly at 11pm. No noise after that!

It didn't have modern and complete amenities and need renovation.

So good for comfortable and quiet sleeps at nights.I enjoyed working remotely with panoramic views over the canyon and amazing sunset views. Backyard also provides nice outdoor sitting area to work or just chiĺl out. Staff was polite and helpful. Housekeeping helped me with laundry at 24h turnaround with reasonable extra fees. The location is fine especially in spring time with full blossom of lilacs, apricot trees and cherry trees all across the street. Large supermarkets Aygedzor or SAS at 10 min walk. It takes you 5 min ride to the center with lots of cafes and walking routes.

It'd be helpful if the hotel runs a small café for some snacks or Day's Special set menu. Maybe guests wouldn't need to order out so much as well as taste local specialities on the spot.

Air conditioning in the room not strong

There is a pool which is great to have during the burning august days, though the water was cold to stay long. The staff was extremely nice and caring, understanding and helping with any request we had.

They had the outside area under renovation, so it wasn’t very nice to hang around the pool during their construction work hours. The room ac also wasn’t cooling as well as it should have.
