- Breakfast quality! Even its same everyday and newrby the public transport staff
- Stuff is excellentThe interior is designed pretty well with high taste and warm colors Location is relatively fine, since transport system works well there
- The room was impressively large and spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. It was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location was also a major highlight—it was situated conveniently right in front of the hostel, which was perfect for me as I was visiting my cousin brother. This made it incredibly easy to go back and forth without any hassle. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, and I was able to get to my room quickly without any unnecessary delays. Overall, the combination of the comfortable room, excellent location, and seamless check-in made for a very satisfying experience.
Cons -
- bed linen & comforts are old color pale foam mattress is lontime not changed may be also. and they dont change during your stay until unless you mention, Bathroom foot mat never changed even it was wet cleaner pretend bathrom did cleaned (when you are the one who keep clean the bathroom yourself) towels not replaced. & i doibt if rooms wasnt broom since im curious to keep tiddy & clean my room bathroom slipper not provided but upon request a paper type slipprr given
- Overall cleanlinessBathroomsBed size (I'm 203cm, 6'8, and it wasn't enough for me)Kitchen
- We arrived for breakfast approximately 30 minutes before closing, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite still being within service hours, the buffet line was already half empty, giving the impression that it was winding down far too early.Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of food labeling, which made it difficult to identify dishes—especially for guests with dietary restrictions or preferences. The French toast was particularly unpleasant in both taste and texture, and the boiled eggs were inconsistent: some were undercooked while others were overdone, all mixed together without any indication of doneness. The juice options were also very poor in quality, lacking freshness and flavor. Overall, the breakfast did not meet expectations and certainly wasn't worth the time or cost. Improvements in both food quality and organization are definitely needed.

Comfortable hotel, hot water, good location and delicious breakfasts (buffet).
Everything was ok. Google maps can be misleading regarding the hotel's location.
Didn’t like anything
Room, staff, facilities, breakfast, noisy and it was very bad experience
Location was good
Heater not working was freezing. Bad smell from bathroom plumbing
It was quiet and good hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean . Staff is very helpful. the best part is the view of Mother Armenia statue, mount Ararat and entire city view from room window. Super delicious breakfast. You can find a nearby Indian restaurant ( Flavor of India) which is very reasonable and provide very tasty food.
Its 4 to 5 Km away from Republic Square but you can easily get the Buses and Cabs. Otherwise all good
I rented a family room with my family, the cleaning was good, the room was beautiful, but the springs of the beds had problems, the beds were old and the mattresses were not suitable for sleeping, the springs of the beds bothered my back.
Everything was so neat and clean and houskeeping making room everyday and cleaning , value for money great deal budget hotel .
If staff speak english it will be more helpful
If you're seeking a tranquil getaway, Primer Hotel is the perfect destination. This hotel provides a peaceful retreat, ideal for those who appreciate calm and relaxation during their holidays. The free breakfast is a highlight, offering an abundant and healthy start to your day. Although the pool is on the smaller side, it's perfect for a refreshing morning swim. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the guests, who seem to be professionals, are polite and respectful. One of the standout features of Primer Hotel is their private tours, which are much more affordable compared to other tour companies in Yerevan. The manager, Sahak, personally drives guests around for these tours, ensuring they are comfortable and enjoying themselves. He even takes guests to chic yet affordable restaurants, ensuring they are well-fed and satisfied.See links for our property stay.Prime Hotel's backyard https://www.facebook.com/reel/995693019003333Nearby Cafe: https://www.facebook.com/reel/3786545664949660Hotel Facade: https://www.facebook.com/reel/445311768480585Areni Wine Factory Visit: https://www.facebook.com/reel/809310541324246City Walk, Shopping, Lovers' Park: https://www.facebook.com/reel/449919601281485Bits and Pieces of our hotel stay: https://www.facebook.com/reel/472383315592825
Tip: If you are an insomniac like me and prefer sleeping with multiple pillows and sheets, consider bringing your own to ensure a restful sleep.Additionally, make sure to arrange for airport transfer with the hotel before your visit to Yerevan, as private taxis from the airport can be significantly more expensive than regular taxis.
The location is better.
Near roads and construction sites, it is very noisy.
Clean and very accessible to other places
Aircon can’t be turn off there’s problem
Clean rooms, timely servicing, breakfast on time, staff availability.
Location very bad and far away from city mains, staff sometime rude, not many could speak language
Room was large with new furniture, TV and fridge. Bathroom was bit run but clean. Nice and clean private pool. Staff was very nice and helpful. Window view to Ararat.
Room service wasn't provided daily, I missed the bathroom apron and hairdryer.. Bed wasn't comfortable, mattress was very soft. Breakfast was poor, there wasn't chance to choose bread or any kind of sausages, bacon, salamy nor fresh fruit. Caffe was awfull, no caffe machine.
the staff are very friendly, comfortable rooms
could use a cosmetic renovation and a better breakfast
The staff is great, very helpful and nice! Breakfast are surely good enough. 10 minutes in taxi to downtown. A convenience store right across the street. A cozy place with about zero noise from the street, my room was just huge with a balcony. That was a perfect value for the price!! WiFi is perfect for work.
Everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was really good (simple though). Location was nice, it was close to a large park. Also there was an amazing restaurant nearby
The trash can in the bathroom was ridiculously tiny!
Nice peopleVery clean Good pool
Poor breakfast Far from the center
big rooms, comfortable beds, flexible check in and out Anything was within the 3 star hotel standards
outer skirt of city center, but perfect for us.late breakfast time (8:30-10:30)
Nothing available for vegetarians , even bread was cold & hard no toaster is available.
Breakfast & rude behaviour of cleaning staff & language problem.
