The bar had extremely impolite staff who charged us extra. Their limited English proficiency led to misunderstandings in our orders, resulting in additional charges. Overall, the bar provided a highly negative experience with its terrible attitude.

Yes the hotel employees are not have sutible behavior in brekfast and also i need thier help when i have problem with taxi driver about the fee of the taxi. They dont help me!!!!!!! It is not good hotel

Very good location, only 8 min walk to downtown, nice lobby, friendly staff (they helped to order a taxi to their airport using they apps, no uber in Armenia).Big rooms

Weird not to receive complementary waiter only the first day. Sauna in very bad conditions and pool looks nice at the picture but cool water.

Very happy to use the sauna and the pool area. A drink in the lobby was also a nice throwback. The room was reasonably clean.

The location isn't very convenient. The room was not in the main building, but in a (connected) annex, so it was a pretty long way from the reception and pool areas.

Housekeeping is awful....staff doesn't know only how to give a clean room & make the bed every day Water bottle, tea etc, we're provided only on the first day. The reply was that it's given on a fresh check in only. I should have checked in every day and checked out every next day, to claim this. I stayed for three continuous nights. It was a pretty crazy hospitality!Dental kit, bathrob are all chargeable, just to make future guests aware of the level of service Concierge on leaving my luggage in the room pestered me long asking money money making gestures with hands which was not only intimidating but scary

I stayed at Metropol Hotel Yerevan during my trip and had a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent – very close to the city center and perfect for exploring Yerevan. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed.I also appreciated the hotel’s atmosphere – quiet, safe, and welcoming after a busy day in the city.

considering its location and facilities, it really offers great value for money!the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was really big and lovely. I will definitely suggest this hotel to my friends and family.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is well laid. The location is very convenient to not only move around Yerevan but to move around the country too.The staff are very polite and helpful.

There can be better parking facility. We were a group of 21 people with eight cars and it was a squeeze to park.

If your indian or vegan or vegetarian or Emirates muslim please avoid to book this hotel

The staff were nice and welcoming, and the room was clean and quiet with good facilities.The pool and sauna was open from 9 to 21.

The pool was small and little cold for children. There wasn't any jacuzzi.The breakfast was good, but the fruits could have been better.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all super nice and helpful. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to guide me in the right direction. The location is also a big plus—perfect for anyone needing access to the U.S. Embassy or wanting to explore downtown.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—it could definitely be improved. But to be fair, this seems to be a common issue across many hotels in Yerevan.

Room service was not upto the mark, all people in the room service were rude and no smile on face and always speak in attitude.

my second day of stay reception team refuced to give the complementary water for that day and when i confirmed the second day was booked seperately and hence provide water bottles then only they agreed to give water bottles. Guest service and the way how staff behave without having proper data of the booking is pathetic.

it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy—perfect after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also ideal, close to many restaurants, cafes, and attractions, which made it super convenient to get around. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

One small downside was that the sauna was only available until 9pm, which felt a bit early, especially after returning late from a busy day. It would’ve been nice to have access a bit later. Still, everything else was great, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel and consider staying again!
