Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing.The room was not properly cleaned, and the cups were clearly not washed at all, which is unacceptable as well as the bedsheet are not changed during my stay.In addition to the poor cleanliness, some staff’s attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, even in the way they spoke to guests as they said it’s not our responsibility to clean your cups.Water is not provided in a daily basis. Once in your stay as well as the tea, coffee and sugar.This is far below the standard expected from a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.

Everything is very good. I have been staying at this hotel for three years. The breakfast is consistently good and fresh, and there is a menu if something from the buffet does not suit you.

Probably a large parking lot—but that's a problem for everyone.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the very center of Yerevan, close to all amazing places and streets. The size of the room is great, spacious, big room, the bedroom place is at a distance from the main space. The heating is very well, the staff is great.

The furniture and the carpet seem very old and felt a bit dirty.

An amazing location around the corner from Yerevan’s Paul Bakery AND the top hamburger joint in town. The hotel has convenient access, reasonable rates and a choice of room options. The vibe is distinctly Armenian, buffet in the morning is sumptuous, all staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist.

We didn’t ask for the new renovated rooms and had to settle for their ordinary rooms. These are regularly appointed but lack no amenities.

It was near to everything.

I guess they need to upgrade the entertainment especially for kids like the TV to smart TV where it can be connected to an internet since all the channels were local so the language was a bit difficult to watch to. But so far so good.

I did not like breakfast at all, it was not sufficiently "western" if I can call it this way. However, if you want some scramble eggs, you can ask the waiter and they will make them for you

Excellent location, very central. The room is clean and cozy, the staff is kind. The breakfast is definitely reasonable.

Location is very good and staff who checked in was truly good deserves rewards.

The AC we had to close because so much water was leaking which we reported verbally to the reception next morning. AC should be in restaurant area to keep away sweating. Uber makes so much problems to reach hotel may be needs some signage on the road.

Very central location, 2 minutes from republic square. Very spacious and very clean room. Staff are very friendly. They left a fruits tray for me on my arrival. Highly recommended

The reception staff were not organized. They made a mistake in our bed arrangement, then they made another mistake by saying they can extend our stay but later they changed their mind and said there was a mistake

Big rooms and very clean . Perfect location.

The curtains are not black out curtains so I couldn't sleep well. Ac filters not clean causing me allergical reactions. Room decoration different than what was in the picture

Not quite what I expected. The equipment and furniture are old. It seems that the hotel management is behind the times. I will definitely not go there again. I do not recommend staying there, so as not to spoil the overall impression of the beautiful city of Yerevan ♥️??

I stayed inAviatrans Hotel6 nights in YerevanJun 18 - Jun 24There were several issues with the hotel and the hotel website was misleading and I rated the hotel as 2.5 stars and :1- hotel is old and has not been renvated for some time with old couch , and furniture (photos attached) .2- upon arrival the telephone in the room did not work and took 24 hours to fix ( see attached photo).3- there was no safe and took 24 hours to bring a portable safe in the room that did not help safety of valuables of the guest as it was movable .4- the wasno air vent in the bath room , instead hotel provided a fan which was not helpful , photo attached ,5- there was no hairdryer in the room and it took 24 hours to provide a hair dryer 6- the room had a conventional and old key and lock , it took us 2 days for us too realize that we did not look the door after leaving the room for 2 days since it had to be locked manually ? Great location, very friendly and professional stuff. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good.

Nothing specific. The only issue the taxi driver does not know how to reach the hotel. It would be better to provide a clear address in the booking for this.

Location. Walking distance to republic square. Hotel just opposite to Northern Avenue Room number 411 was big and new for the last 2 nights of my trip

Room number 610 was old and too small where I stayed for 2 nights

The Fan in the toilet must be repaired.The mattress is to be changed.
