14 Floor Hotel

Good city view from the roof, kind personnel.

If you got rooms #12 or #14 you will not be able to have a rest. It is a cafeteria on top of the rooms and moving chairs make a lot of noise.

amazing location very central with great and safe neighbourhood. breakfast was amazing with local products and every day the hot dish was different so had the chance to try several local dishes. breakfast is served on the top floor with great balcony and view of the city. room and bathroom was big and had everything that was needed. free wifi.

A little hard to find hen you arrive in the morning. Advice to have a bigger sign on the Main Street

The staff was really great and accommodating! The location is near for everything you need! I love how there's a lot of food selections near the hotel. I will recommend ?

The breakfast can be adjusted to have more selections. The facilties are a hit and miss (tv not working but we didn't mind as we were always out). The faucet and bidet was leaking etc. (need to adjust it to close properly as to not waste water.

The location is super, the breakfast is very nice with beautiful view, the rooms are so warm at cold weather, and the stuff is professional.

The safe didn’t work very well and the bathroom was a bit smelly sometimes

The view is excellent and worth the money. The room was okay, the location is really good, very close to the main square. Breakfast has a lot of options.

Very good location, a few minutes from the central square. The hotel provided all the declared services. A big bonus is the possibility of parking in the yard behind the ramp. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. Very pleasant staff.

The hotel could not solve the broken air conditioning within the day or change the room, it was quite uncomfortable in August. The room was changed the next day.

The view and location are great! Breakfast was good enough.

A perfect hotel which is in a centrum of Yerevan.From terrace you can see a wonderful view to a mountain Ararat.Breakfast was very tasty, rooms are cozy(cleaning is in the highest level).Perfect hotel for individual and family trips ?

Huge balcony, which was great. Although, I didn't know that it was a shared balcony.

The beds were not comfortable to sleep in. My friend got a very dirty room on 2nd floor which the staff happily upgraded him to 14th floor.Limited parking space.

Location and friendly personnel

Many little things like they give you an electric kettle but there is no socket to plug it in - you have to crawl under the table and unplug the fridge first. They give you drinking water on arrival but on the following days they don’t. Noise protection isn’t good. I didn’t like the view from my window on photo but that’s minor.

Comfortable bed, beautiful view over Mount Ararat, central location.

Internet was slow, you will not able to stream movies. Entrance was hard to find. The address doesnt match the entrance: you will find the entrance on the corner.

I liked the politeness and support of the staff, also the cleaness of the hotel.The location is great, very close to Yervan main attractions. Pivate car parking is a plus to stay in 14 Floor hotel

Clean, great location close to republic square, supermarket, and other services. Reception staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast is good. Value for money

The Reception team really nice and really helpful. We really enjoyed staying there, made us warm after the coldness. As well hotel is quite new, facilities and the room are well conserved.Wish the best to them team :)

The breakfast was quite large, and there were plenty of vegetarian options. The room was a good size and access to the terrace was nice (even if it was December and a little cold). The view from the terrace and breakfast room was nice and you could definitely spend a relaxing morning just enjoying the views.
