Ani Plaza Hotel

The hotel is centrally located near Republic Square. The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, and our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Everything was good and acceptable, except the breakfast which was so low quality, not much options, and we decided to not have it after the second day, even the coffee was not good.

good location & spacious room

staff was not helpful at all (old lady not even trying to help us with a simple question we had). rooms are a bit run down, just like the entire hotel.definitely not a 4star, three stars at best, rather 2+.

Older But Well maintained hotel in a a great location.

The rooms which I reserved for my family and stayed there for 5-6 nights were spacious, with very moderate furniture and simple decorations.The breakfast was OK. The breakfast hall was not big enough for the full hotel but it was managed.The reception team were always helpful and ready to provide any advice.There was a 24 hours bar.

The bar was not practically usable for the hotel guests... it was almost always full of local people.The rooms need renovation. The bathrooms are not in good conditions.The daily cleaning was not consistent, and it was not mainly cleaning! Just making the bed and changing towels without any meaningful cleaning.

The hotel staff was bery friendly and professional. they were always ready to help. The room was very clean and comfortable, I felt like I was at home. The restaurant menu was varied and very tasty. breakfast was quite sufficient and balanced. The price was really appropriate for the service and quality

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The staff is absolutely fabulous....very kind, attentive and professional.The breakfast is superb, with many options, egg station, etc. The sauna is excellent. The swimming pool and gym are are not the fanciest, but are great if you want to swim and exercise.

The property is not very modern. This is not a drawback for me, in fact i like the style as it is more genuine.

The location was amazing, few steps from republic square and downtown, close to most of the restaurants and shopping centers.

The furniture is little bit old and needs renovation. Breakfast is so basic and no varieties for international guests. I booked suite for me and my family, I found it too small compared to other suites , and the bathroom is so tiny with no space ?

Central location, excellent breakfast, good facilities, especially the swimming pool, big enough to do laps. Slightlly outdated but well maintained, with a post Soviet flair for those who can find that charming

Bathroom tabs are in very bad shape. Water pressure makes lot of noise. Carpet is not adequate to the Hotel level.Furniture are pretty old.

As others say — the walls are thin and you will hear people. It didn’t bother me that much, but bring ear plugs if you are easily annoyed by that.

Breakfast was a scrum and started too late at 8am. It should start at 7am or latest 7.30am so not all guests try & have breakfast at the same time

The location and breakfast were very good.

The staff behaved very arrogantly. The hotel staff weren't helpful, they did not provide service in any case, they even refused small requests, for example, we asked them to bring ice and plates to the room, but they said it was not possible. Especially the pool staff were so unfriendly and spoke very disrespectfully. And the last thing is that I had filtered in the search for a hotel with a pool, but they said that the pool is closed on Mondays. At first I was going to stay a few more nights but I changed my mind.

I am handicapped and the ramp at the entrance is too steep and my motorised scooter could not go up. There is no alternative. This is a very considerable "downer". Otherwise, fine.
