The prices are quite reasonable, especially when you consider the spacious rooms, complimentary breakfast, and cleaning services.

I’ve had a few instances where hot water wasn’t available. While the overall prices are reasonable, the cost of laundry is a bit higher.

Wonderful staff, great location close to the train station. Breakfast included. Could even see mount Ararat on the last day from the balcony! Is nice.

Bed was kind of hard for my taste. The doors to the rooms are made of frosted glas which doesn’t feel very private. This isn’t a 5 star hotel of course tho, so all in all still great value and I absolutely recommended!

Monotonous Breakfast: Unfortunately, breakfast was a letdown. The same limited options—fried eggs, sausage, and bread—were served every day. In a country rich with fresh fruits, it was surprising not to see even a single piece offered. Basic items like milk, butter, and jam were also missing.Weak Air Conditioning: The A/C struggled to keep up with the summer heat, making nights uncomfortable due to sweating.Wi-Fi Issues: The internet was initially very weak, though thankfully it was fixed later during our stay.Language Barrier: Liana was the only staff member fluent in English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

The Receptionist was very friendly and they are smiling all the time.They are ready to help anytime.

Room was very dull

Overall the place was good. The host was also humble, and we had good dinner and breakfast there. I would definitely recommend it for group stays!

Welcoming front staff. Lisa at the counter even helped us paying for the taxi since we didn't have currency. Clean and bright room.

Internet Speed

The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. She told us we can have breakfast whenever woke up. That was such a flexible time line. I was arriving with a lot od stress, lost my luggage and ended up here by accident but I am so glad everything turned out so. The plase is really comfortable clean and beautiful but most importantly it's the staff that makes you feel comfortable even if you are stressed due toa dozen of reasons while you travel. I am truly thankful to the amazing lady who made my stay really worth it.

The internet speed

Though breakfast was listed as included, there was no one around at the start of the breakfast hour. There was no one at the Reception desk either, so I left the key on the desk and left the hotel.

When I called the next day simply to let the hotel know what I had experienced, the owner/operator came defensive and suddenly argued with me that he had been in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the guests. And he disputed the fact that there was no one at the Reception desk. He was argumentative and essentially was denying what I had experienced. This was unfortunate. The night before, he had been cooperative and helpful.

The location is perfect, the metro is near, also downtown is far away about 2 km and you can go for a walk

Breakfast doesn't have much choice

Location is a couple of metro stops from the centre. Room was comfy but breakfast could be improved on

Friendly and attentive staff, felt welcoming from the start. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. They can also cook meals for you which is a plus. When I accidentally payed extra the next time I met the receptionist lady she offered my money back voluntarily.

There were two spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the breakfast was very basic.

Size of the room was good

Breakfast was boring and same every day not like other hotels were you have a buffet option. It was two eggs with a small piece of cheese and 3 slices of cucumber. No exceptional view and no balcony or window in the room to air out, in case of emergency you don’t have stairs from the fourth floor to go down only the elevator, we asked for extra pillows but they don’t have, also the blanket was small for two persons to cover up.

Friendly staff, breakfast at any time of the day after 9 AM.

The toiletries were not renewed after cleaning the room four days after the stay.
