Europe Hotel

Receptionists, breakfast, and all employee's were good with a Smily face, personal attention

noise of metro on first floor room

The staff is amazing

The are rash to take money, i booked my room and planed to pay at the property, however they charged my card before I arrived one day and bank charged me exchange rate however i asked them why they did that manager answered me that is normal practices, but if you look at the page of booking it clear no payment needs pay at the property

Location and staff at reception

Very old type rooms

Location , price , staffs friendliness

Staff very friendly, clean room, breakfast OK, 24 hours open reception, great location. If you want to sleep longer ask for the room with windows to the street, there is building construction on the other side, but with closed windows it is ok.

The property is in a great location . Hotel staff are very helpful.

The bed is quite small. TV needs update. There is no space in the bathroom to place your personal effects.

Location is good.

They only make the bed but didn’t change beddings or towels for 5 days stay. Also, there are cockroach in the room, we saw twice.

Great location, nice people

Air conditioner

Great location, just a small walk from main square dancing waters ? Vernissage market just around the corner from hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, variety of breakfast in total we enjoy our stay and definetely recommending it

Could have a better luggage room with a lock door however they had a cameras all over so you felt safe

Staffs were Friendly and Nice

TV is small and there are no cable channels .Only 1 English Channel (BBC News)

Given that the hotel is quite old, I was positively surprised at the comfort of the room. I also liked the location - close to everything but hidden in a side street, protected from the noise.

No complaints

Best location and good price! Just across the street its Vernissage Market. And near to other spots like republic square, Luna Park, Rossia Mall and Northern Avenue. The staffs were really accomodating too.

Absolutely nothing

Hi, Iv been in best shape of service with nice people, the property is very nice and quiet with smiles on the staffs faces they was very kind and helpful, the location is heart of city every thing was close. Thank you so much ???

I had a wonderful experience staying at this cozy hotel in the center of Yerevan. The location was absolutely perfect — everything was within walking distance, from beautiful streets and local cafes to main attractions like Republic Square and Cascade. The hotel itself felt very warm and inviting, with a calm and charming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. You can feel they genuinely care about guests. If you’re visiting Yerevan and want a peaceful place to stay in the middle of the city, this hotel is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Very near to city center. Polite staff. They can give sandwich for breakfast if you need to checkout very early.

Old furnishings. Shower is unstable, after 10-20sec water will become very cold, then warm again. Housekeeping forgot to give us big towels, it took several hours and multiple follow ups before they gave us towels.

Excellent breakfast very satisfied! Thank you!

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, close to everything.

The location was great.

The breakfast was so poor and not like 4 stars hotel. The hotels usually give 2 bottle of water each day, but they gave only at the first day of our stay.Although we reserved by credit card, they told us you have to pay cash only.

Decent no frills hotel. Location close to sights.

Staff not interested to please.

The location is perfect. Staff is super friendly.

They are saying they have parking but it s the parking in the street. During the day it’s almost impossible to find a parking spot. After 18h there is no problem to find a spot in front of the hotel.

Right in the city center near republic Square.Very nice staff - clean room good size.
