the hotel room was not as described. In the pictures it shows a spacious room with windows, in reality it was a smaller and dark room with no windows. and the staff was not helpful at all. refused to refund. we did not stay at this hotel

it is right in front of American university of Armenia, so it is perfect for students who take exams there in Prometric center. Room was comfy, they have private parking area, no noise, breakfast was fine, so overall it is perfect stay for a person who has life changing exam to pass.

My stay at Bass Boutique Hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. I especially appreciated the quiet ambiance and cozy bedding — I slept like a baby every night.The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the dining area had such a pleasant vibe to start the day. The location is ideal — close to the city center, yet in a peaceful area with lovely views.What impressed me most was the attention to detail and genuine care shown by the staff. They made sure every part of my stay was smooth and enjoyable.Overall, Bass Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The property wasn’t bad but wasn’t as we expected

The towels are very old and they are not organized and they have to enhance the team of house keepers and no water to tea no coffee they have to enhance all this because the price of the hotel supposed to be better

Staff, especially Ela, were very helpful. They also gave us a room upgrade upon arrival which was lovely.

The breakfast was very poor. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning.

The room has nothing to do with the pictures that are shown on Booking. The rooms/furniture are very old and the cleanliness is not the best.The room has no AC so it was very hot at times.The bed was not very comfortable.

I didnt like the break fast

It was very simple some of the dishes wasnt clean and it didnt be perfect

The hotel is relatively new, furniture are new and room are spacious and clean

1. The breakfast is objectively poor. There is very little choice for eating, no juice of any kind, the cappuccino or latte, that's is the basic for any breakfast comes with extra charge (not mentioned anywhere) and it's done with nescafé instant coffee (or at least it tastes like instant coffee)2. The street is completely without lights, so when it's dark it's impossible to walk back to the hotel3. Housekeeping is poor, they clean the room but barely touch the bed, it's almost like it was left

The location is a few walks away from the city centre. Staff especially Ella and Gayane were amazing to help us with any issues.

Initially, I was assigned a small, dilapidated room that smelled of cigarettes and had windows facing a construction site. However, after speaking with the staff, they kindly upgraded me to a larger room with a view of the mountains.

The bed provided is extremely uncomfortable, with a metal base that squeaks at the slightest movement. The pillows are of poor quality, and the bedding lacks protective covers, exposing visible yellow sweat stains. Additionally, there is a considerable amount of rubbish under the bed, indicating that the cleaning staff neglect to check this area.The sound insulation throughout the building is substandard. Conversations and footsteps from the hallway are clearly audible in the rooms, and whenever water is used, there is a loud noise that echoes in the room. Moreover, conversations, TV noise, and other sounds from adjacent rooms can be heard easily. Despite the policy prohibiting guests after 12 AM, parties in the restaurant are allowed to continue until 6 AM, creating disturbances for other guests. The staff appears indifferent to these issues, allowing disruptive behavior to go unchecked.The hotel shows a significant lack of management oversight. The rooms are poorly maintained, and essential amenities such as drinking water, tea, and cups are not provided. Ironically, while a kettle is supplied, there is no water to use with it. The hotel lacks basic amenities like drinking water, tea, or cups, though a kettle is provided. Many maintenance issues went unresolved during my stay, including a poorly functioning shower, flickering lights, blocked ventilation, and a leaking shower cubicle. A large stain on the wall remains unattended, and construction nearby leads to dust entering the room, with no air conditioning available due to energy-saving measures.While the breakfast provided is acceptable, the staff does not prepare enough food for all guests. Only one staff member is seen handling the breakfast service, moving at a slow pace and bringing out items one at a time, which creates unnecessary delays for guests.

Nice hotel. We like it. It was clean, near the center of Yerevan. Employers are the best, helpful, kind.Thanks a lot. We will come back ?

We didn’t have an air conditioner and wifi connection was bad.

The location is fantastic. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff wad friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I liked this hotel very much, we stayed only one night but we liked it. Especially the view from the window of our room. Breakfast was also good and tasty. Hope next time will stay more than 1 night.

We liked to spend our holidays in this hotel. Everything was good; breakfast, room and the staff. We have booked standard room but the girls gave us deluxe room with Ararat view, it was really pleasant. We enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone))))).

The hotel is situated not far from the city centre, the staff was really helpful. The rooms are clean and that made my stay an enjoyable one.

Our assigned room was smelling, and they changed it to fix the problem.

We booked a large room with 2 bathrooms. Spacious.Not far from central location. Sauna.

Some signs of tear and wear in one bathroom. Not ideal cleaning.
