Expocore Hotel

The rooms were really clean.It was nice and quiet.All the staff were amazing.Overall, it’s definitely recommended ?

The breakfast was very repetitive and honestly not at the level of a four-star hotel.It was really lacking variety and felt the same every day.

The staff is very kind and helpful and the rooms is perfect

Ground floor looks nice,lady at reception i guess manager with short black hair? she was really nice and professional also guy at the reception in the night while we checked out.Average hotel.+housekeepers were very nice and sweet.

some staff members didn't spoke English which is terrifying:)well they did but wouldn't understand anything,especially at the reception.+ you have to leave your passport in deposit which is funny))

The accommodations were exceptional. The facilities were always clean and the staff was helpful.

My shower head broke but someone fixed it right away. There's nothing I didn't like.

I liked the location

It was the room view , the view is a bachelor building,then the tv wasn’t working and the room crevice did nothing about that issue and the reception was acting in a harsh way

The entrance smell and how looks clean and staff in reception were nice and good, room not bad but not as expected, they have sign for Qibla as muslim we need that, also have Tahara shower that required for wadoo’a…

Location not nice, as it is far from restaurants and downtown city, room so small although it was 2 bed room but too small, windows not close well and bathroom door need maintenance as always loose, bathroom not that clean and looks that need maintenance….. the worse point than above is the kitchen and breakfast food!!! Was little not have options, not clear what they offer as no name on food dishes ….. few staff are good others rude!… and all the photos that they market through booking related to their Buffet are all Fake and we did not see any similarities related to what they show! No swimming pool , no Gyme,… the management no replying to booking messages and up to-date no one replied to my request since 26 July! They need to have better communication

The staff were incredibly friendly. They addressed all our needs during our stay. Anahit, Sam, Arsen, Lucy, and Maria (I hope I am typing their names correctly) were all individuals I would have loved to meet outside of the hotel. That's how great they are. The entire hotel was also very clean and left nothing to be desired.

The room was neat and clean. Very comfy. The service and staffs were good.

The hotel staff was generally polite.

The breakfast was without fresh fruit! Dishonest in prebooking chats. Breakfast had ONLY INSTANT COFFEE !! They refused to make an omelette even though they promised to make omelettes upon request...finally the rude cook made a trash omelette after she was forced to but it had globs of cheese, and burnt.It took 40 minutes to check me in and it took 20 more minutes to bring the bottles of water which were supposed to be already in the room. I was promised a queen bed but got two twins pushed together...lumpy bed. The AC was as loud as a train. No decent bread at breakfast just white bread, old rolls and old pastries. The juice was processed fake juice. Zero chance I'll go back...DO NOT BELIEVE ANY REVIEWS THAT SAY THE BREAKFAST IS ANYTHING OTHER THAN BARELY OK.

We liked everything except that most of the utensils in the restaurant during breakfast aren't very clean that I could still see dirt/spoiled food on the forks, knives, and spoons. Everything else such as the reception (Arthur, Mariana, Simon, and Maria), the housekeeping ladies, the restaurant lady and gentleman, Mohammed who fixed the bathroom issues, the maintenance of the cleanliness of our room and refreshment of the toiletries, the resolution to our requests, and suggestions and recommendations on where we could find certain food and items and services were all exceptional. We also very liked that we had been upgraded to a Superior Triple Room after booking a Deluxe Double Room for me and my friend.

Nothing , all was great .I would like to suggest in making more variety options in the breakfast . Additionally, i suggest to have restaurants to serve lunch and dinner.

This hotel was beyond the services of a 4-star hotel, and one can experience the comfort and pleasure of a 5-star hotel in this hotel.very clean hotel, helpful staff. Calm and quiet area, 3 minutes walk to the metro.

The breakfast was with very low options, only some sausage and mortadella

2-bedroom Hall Kitchen was excellent. Facilities are nice.

Good breakfast. But some of the dishes having too much salt. Please taste it before giving to customers.

Our stay was in the cold season, but the lobby was so cold to stay to spend time and the corridors also.The window handle has broken, and we couldn't close it.The bathroom does not have a door to close. It seems that it has broken before, and it didn't repair.The staff didn't know English and wasn't fluent. It was hard to communicate. But the reception was OK ?. The property is far from downtown.

It was good stay and the property was very clean and hygienic

We took four days stay and all four days breakfast menu was same and some bathroom facilities are not good and leaking water from tape and shower , exhaust is not working

The cleanness of rooms and facilities was noticeable. Beds are so comfy and you are getting a breakfast with a wide range of foods specially Iranian dishes
