Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything was great – from the amenities to the comfort of the room. However, what truly made my stay special was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my visit was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Their friendliness and attentiveness really stood out and made all the difference. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great service and a comfortable stay!

However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The gym wasn't open on time, which was a bit inconvenient, and the airport transfer could have been more efficient. It would be great if both of these services were a bit more reliable.

I've had the pleasure of visiting this hotel for various occasions, including dining at the COBA restaurant and enjoying its shows in the past. Every experience was excellent, but staying as a guest exceeded all my expectations. The hospitality of the entire staff was outstanding, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.The Hiyerk restaurant and the breakfast were perfect, offering a delightful start to each day. The room service was exceptional, and the thoughtful touches, such as the welcome sweets and fruits, made us feel truly special. The surprise gift for my wife on March 8th was a memorable moment that we will never forget.Everything was flawlessly arranged, and I can't think of a single thing I didn't enjoy. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in Yerevan and Armenia. Highly recommended!

What didn’t I like? Well, aside from the fact that I couldn’t move in permanently, the biggest 'downfall' of my visit is that it completely ruined my perspective on my own home! I recently purchased a new apartment with all the well-thought-out features, but after this experience, I’m seriously considering either buying a new place or renovating mine to match this hotel's incredible standards. Basically, my stay set the bar so high that my own home is now jealous!

This is my third stay at Seven Visions and Dvin never fails to amaze me every time! During this stay I would like to especially thank reception staff for being so helpful and nice and and also special thanks to the department responsible for the cleanliness. The room was so clean and fresh!

The truth is that I really appreciate - after so many stays in Yerevan - the unique atmosphere of Seven Visions Resort and Places The Dvin which is very different from all the other hotels. The service and staff are exceptional. They treated us with care & kindness our entire trip. The welcome drink, the bottle of wine were a great way to help us settle in.

Excellent hospitality, our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. One of the best hotel I have visited.Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. I will recommend others for sure!

Everything was absolutely perfect, nice rooms and breakfast. They have a show inside the hotel as well, which was really entertaining. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the front desk.

The room we got was not what we had purchased online. It was supposed to be a suite but all it was were two rooms side by side. It was disappointing.

My experience at Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin, far exceeded my expectations, and I say this as a frequent traveler. This was thanks to the friendly staff, pristine and high-quality facilities, unforgettable shows, complimentary rides in their vintage car, fantastic food, and beautiful city views. I also had a personal experience that truly showcased the exceptional professionalism of their staff, which I’d like to highlight here:I traveled to Armenia from the U.S. to spend time with my parents, who were joining me from a neighboring country. We stayed in one of the Suites for nearly a week, and it was a truly memorable experience. Due to work commitments, I had to return to the U.S., while my parents stayed on a bit longer. I was a bit concerned about leaving them, especially since they don’t speak the language. I discussed this with Mr. Yegor, the reception manager, and he treated my parents as if they were his own. He addressed all their needs with a warm smile, ensuring they didn’t have a single worry during their stay—even though the hotel was quite busy with events. My parents never felt alone. Mr. Yegor kindly assisted them with taxis, coordinating with the drivers to ensure smooth transportation, and he even invited them to enjoy the beautiful shows and events, making sure they had a great time.I would like to thank you, Mr. Yegor, for your outstanding personality, attention to detail, and professionalism. I will definitely stay at your hotel again if I travel to Armenia and will highly recommend it to anyone considering Armenia, your beautiful country, as their travel destination.Mohammad

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like.

It was almost empty and few services are not worked, like they have special car service free but driver was not available, earlier they had acrobatic shows but now stopped and in hotel pictures they are available, need to booking for table in stage show otherwise they allowed to sit only near bar and I was not informed about this. Hotel is a six star but staff is asking every time in restaurant that do you deposit? Show they need to learn a five star hotel service.

The hotel itself

The stuff. This guys don’t what is service. Asking 15 tonics, they bring after 30 minutes 15 empty glasses. Call me if I am going stay for one night, and I told them “yes”, then on reception they ask me one more time, and then call me to my phone and again ask me if I stay. On reception I was asked to pay the bill to stay for one more night, I paid including the minibar and etc and then after I checked out, they call me and tell that need to pay mini bar. Guys, you are 5 star hotel with the shit service and stuff.
