Felinger Concept Hotel

Great location, modern cozy rooms.

Breakfast was missing croissants. I love croissants.

Breakfast was good with options and the room is clean with nice balcony view. Also, they refill the water every day. You can also book massage at extra cost.

The food were cold when we got there and no labels - that should be included so people knows in case of allergies. The AC wasn't working when we stayed but maybe this is due to the cold season but I think guest should be able to decide on if they want the AC on or not.

The spa was kind of nice, and the view from the restaurant as well

Staff in the restaurant was unfriendly, and I found the staff in the foyer overbearing. Not everyone wants their suitcase carried for them, and you should ask first before taking my stuff from me. I got so distracted and overwhelmed that I forgot some of the things I was carrying because they interfered in my system without asking me if I wanted that. As a young woman, I did not feel respected in my autonomy.Another issue was the restaurant, the food I ordered had unmelted pieces of butter inside and seemed to have been prepared half-heartedly

Friendly staffNice breakfastsLarge bedroomsCleanWell located

New addition to the back makes for narrow hallways, stained and ripped rugs

Hotel is new, staff is nice

I was checked in at 4 pm instead of 2, room wasn’t clean, carpet was dirty, breakfast is very poor choice of food.

We enjoyed our stay: great breakfast with diversity of food and drinks, comfy quiet room, indoor pool, sauna + the best location. Thank you for your work!

Shall the man jump into the swimming pool right after sauna? I think it's not hygienic. A few persons did this in front of me and if this is not the way it should be, maybe it's reasonable to hang a few notes at the pool area entrance, that you should take a shower after sauna? Also I felt a lack of hair conditioner in the room. Not a big deal, just I usually see it in the hotels.Having a hot chocolate\cacao during breakfast would be wonderful (I didn't see it in the coffee machine)

the hotel has perfect location, nice view to Ararat from the restaurant, SPA is very nice, everything was very clean and staff very friendly. We enjoyed every moment.

We had a noise of running water in our room, to which we got used to at the end.

Breakfast was great, the location is quite and near the centre of Yerevan.SPA is nice, there is a hammam and a steam room/banya, it is allowed to pour water on the heater.Hammam was a bit cold, but the steam room is great, especially when you rise humidity. The pool is great and has a Jacuzzi.Personal are charming, everything was ideal, nothing to add.The room is quite and spacious, air outside of a window is fresh, bathroom is large and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and our backs well rested after the trip to Armenia.

Cables behind the TV were a bit of a mess and burdened the room's aesthetics, nothing else I have to add.

Boutique and stylish hotel , looks and feels new , very polite and helpful staff , comfy rooms and beds, would definitely come again

Lovely place. Nice and warm. Good breakfast. Appreciated the sauna since it was snowing! Best part was the nice and friendly staff at reception. Thank you to Kevork and Amalya for making me feel so welcome and for giving me lots of useful advice since I’d just arrived in Armenia. Recommend.

Very clean, comfortable, including the SPA zone. Good location.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location in the city center

The pool is closed until February 10th. In the sauna/hammam, some showers are broken, and the hygrometer inside the sauna isn’t working (it’s always stuck at 70%). The water ladle is cracked and leaking. The sauna/hammam is supposed to operate from 10 AM to 10 PM, but when I arrived at 11 AM, it was cold. I had to turn it on myself and return an hour later.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Clean room, good breakfast, excellent service. Girls on reception were absolutely lovely and super helpful.Swimming pool, spa and massage were great - sad that I did not have enough time to enjoy it more.

Nice hotel, great location

Gym. Prices at the bar and spa

clean room

The all-inclusive option was disappointing. For lunch and dinner, there were no choices offered – they simply served the food without giving us any options, leaving us to either take it or leave it. On top of that, the restaurant staff was neither friendly nor helpful. After raising our concerns with the reception, they promised to provide a complimentary dinner as compensation. However, they later called to inform us that the kitchen was closing soon and offered to send the food to our room. Unfortunately, we waited, but the food never arrived. When we followed up with reception, they checked and informed us the kitchen was already closed. In the end, we received no compensation. The experience was very disappointing, and the communication throughout was poor

The hotel is not among the cheap in Yerevan, but it is worth it. The room is very comfortable, the staff exceptional, and even if it was New Years Eve, I didn't hear anything from the party.

Strangely, the roof top bar was closed for a New Years Party and I wasn't even served a drink.

Very good Service, The only happy people i found in Armenia. Very prettry view from the 9th floor. Good breakfast. Little bit out of the center we sure needed a taxi because we couldn't walk in the cold weather but it is an amazing place, very clean and has anything you need any hour you need it.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel! The staff were very attentive and hospitable. Our room was aesthetically pleasing. Good selection for breakfast. Great location and you can just go to tourists spots by walking. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
