Pros +
- nothing, service is horrible
- The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was great. There was a walking distance to republic square. The neighborhood was very nice.
- The variations of the foods there were really good and the location was indeed exceptional with having access to many sightseeing for only 20 minutes by walk.
Cons -
- uncomfortable rooms , you can hear your neighbors noise I stayed one night with horrible experience i couldn’t sleep All night
- The breakfast was nothing like the pictures. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the breakfast. All items including eggs were cold. One of the reasons that I booked the property was for the breakfast, but it let me down big time.
- Nothing to nag about frankly

I recently stayed at Nacho Hotel in Yerevan. The overall accommodation was quite good – the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was also satisfying with a decent variety to choose from each morning. However, I found the staff to be noticeably unfriendly and not very welcoming, which affected the overall experience. A bit more warmth and hospitality would definitely improve the stay.In summary, the hotel offers good value in terms of rooms and breakfast, but the attitude of the staff leaves room for improvement.
Good and kind staff, beautiful room design, excellent location, mostly clean room
There was a loud water sound somewhere in the plumbing, it was loud enough to disturb. Not so good internet speed, unfortunately it was slow and occasional disconnections happened
Good bed, everything in perfect condition and clean. I enjoyed also the small pool and sauna. Around the corner good supermarket. On the same street very big comfortable fast service restaurant with any kind food,
Very small bathroom, the WC on the front of the entrance which makes the batroom not comfortable for use.
Clean, modern, accurate. Location
Window views, which can’t be blamed on the hotel, really. Breakfast could be included to tbr price.
Property is clean. Temperature control in room is not working and very limited options for breakfast.
Helped with early checkin, good rooms
Inconvenient location
Cleanness and friendly stuff
Breakfast was just horrible. Nothing like in the pictures and everything felt old
Value for money, awesome sauna!
Breakfast was rather disappointing. A dude from the staff was kind of aggressive.
I can't say enough about the exceptional service and facilities. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensure our stay was comfortable. The front desk is accommodating most especially Mary.
The staff was very friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. The room is spacious and warm. The breakfast is tasty. The pool is clean and niceSpecial thanks to the hotel for the birthday compliment! ?
Soundproofing could be better. Could hear the traffic at night even if the windows were closed. At first night some people were walking back and forth in the hall and speaking loudly at 2am.There's no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom
Stuff was always there to help. Good wifi.
Facilities are tired. Unchanged linen for 6 days. Asked to clean the room midstay. Result - still dirty floors and surfaces.
All is perfect especialy the staff they are very helpful.
Swimming pool not heated also mini bar items ,the price is very high .
New and clean building. The water flow was strong and there was a bidet in the bathroom. There are all services, including a bakery, a supermarket, and everything you need across the road.
Everything was perfect - the friendliest staff, close to the city center, nice pool and spacios room
Location is great, near to everything
Room is small but in other hand, it’s cozy
Nice Hotel with good location and helpful staff. Sauna is also a great way to relax after a long day exploring Yerevan and Armenian attractions
The swimming pool wasn't heated as I hoped.
Rooms very clean. Staffs were very helpful.
Kind of odor was continuously felt in bathroom. This needs to be looked at immediately to provide a pleasant feel in room
