Yerevan Place Hotel

Every thing really amazing for this place , central and near just walk away from every other places, clean and tidy, all the staff are friendly and you feel welcomed, highly recommended

The location is just perfect, safe, accessible and 5 mins walk to a supermarket, and 1 min walk to the republic square.Shout out to Mr. Potros who is working at the hotel, he was very helpful guy, I am grateful for his support.This hotel is a highly recommended place if you are coming to Yerevan specifically if you have a car , the parking space is big

Great location and friendly staff

Property stated it had a refrigerator in the room, however , there is no refrigerator that can be used in the room. The refrigerator is actually a mini bar which cannot be used for a personal use. Anything you want to keep refrigerated, you have to ask the staff and they will keep it in a refrigerated area at the front desk.

The staff were very friendly, the location couldn’t be better—right in Republic Square—and the breakfast was delicious.

The room had a large pillar in the center, which made moving around difficult and caused me to hurt my ankle. The keys and IT facilities were poorly managed—without keys, we had to rely on reception to operate the elevator and open doors. The phone didn’t work, and even the simplest needs required someone to go down to reception to make a request. Overall, it felt inconvenient, like staying in an old building where you have to walk everywhere for everything.

Great location, right on Center of the city {Herabarak}, comfortable, easy to reach, polit staff, very clean.

AC is not working saying that is winter but was no winter on the time I travel weather was hot and the breakfast not nice at all no more selections

Rooms were clean and modern. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, went above and beyond for us.Location was AMAZING. Literally bang in the centre of the city. A very well managed hotel.

Prices in the bar were a little expensive (even for hotel prices).

The ventilation wasn’t working and when we ask to fix it, they told us all of the room ventilation isn’t working in this time of year!The extra bed was really uncomfortable . The breakfast’s fried eggs were cold and the bread was not fresh almost like a leftover from the previous day.

The hotel has great location which is the middle of city center. Also, their staff were very friendly and wanted to help, specially Petros the concierge who really offered his support to answer all our questions during our stay.

The sofa bed can be upgraded to be more comfortable

I enjoyed the location, was accessible to many iconic places, the staff was very welcoming and multinational so if you are not English speaker you could find Arab staff could guide and assist you! Special thanks to Mr. Rami was pleasure meeting you after a very long time and sorry I didn’t have the chance to say goodbye! I really recommend it specious and cleaned rooms, perfect location, friendly and pleasant staff, great atmosphere

We liked the hotel; it was clean, and the housekeeping service cleaned the rooms every day.The staff member, Cyprus, was polite and helped us find shopping places in the capital, Yerevan, since it was our first time visiting. He acted as our tour guide and assisted us with transportation to and from the airport, even arranging a taxi for us.We will definitely visit this hotel again.

The location was great , also The staff was so friendly, I want also give a special Thanks to the concierge staff Boutros who was so helpful to us from the time we had arrived to the hotel till the time we left the hotel , also staff Zhora was helpful.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city.The room and the bed is good! Pillows in particular are good

Breakfast can be better

The location is amazing, right next to the square where you can find everything. Petros, the concierge, was a great help and very pleasant person to deal with as he helped us also by providing us with helpful information. Maria from the reception as well she was very polite and helpful. The rest of their stuff found difficulty in communicating however they were trying their best..

The new year eve there was no service at all at the hotel, they refused to provide us with room service and even we had to go to supermarket to buy our own food, Kristina, one of the stuff, was very rude and not helpful at all. Whatever we ask, she was negative about it even a bucket of ice. And that was not enough next days she was looking at us as if we are the one that did mistake by asking to be served.. I would recommend to sent her to training on customer support or perhaps change her position to something that she doesn't have to interact with guests.
