Rude and mean staff Loud Construction And Live Band At The Hotel

The hotel has a great location in a quiet area, yet close to the city center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good sound insulation. The staff was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was rich and tasty, with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the overall calm atmosphere and well-maintained facilities.

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and the stay was very comfortable.

The staff is alright and really friendly, the room was clean. All of ths was the case also on my earlier stay this year. The location is also perfect.

Unfortunately the room I received this time (524 I think it was) was very, but really very noisy - the noise of air conditioning I presume. You just could not ignore it. It was like sleeping in the engine room, though the aircon performance was the main issue worse than the noise. The room temp was above 27C all stay. When I turned the cooling on it actually gave even more heat. Turning it back to heating made the aircon fan stop, but the room kept the temp above 27 most of the day. overnight it gradually dropped to 24C where I found it in the morning after night work. I woke up after a few hours, not rested at all. I asked for support at the reception, but it didn't help.

Location is perfect

Rooms are really small and the bathroom was really uncomfortable

I like the hotel was clean and the staff are helpful and location the view by night from my window is beautiful u can watch the dancing fountains ❤️❤️❤️??

The attitude of the staff and possibility of having ranks from 2 pm to 2 am free

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us—especially in helping my father, which meant a lot to us. Their compassion and understanding truly stood out.The location is also great—very convenient and easy to get around. Their pool and spa facilities were great too. Without a doubt, I’d return again. Highly recommended!

Room with very small window. small room. Noise from the street.

Very professional staff, comfortable beddings and best toiletries. Free water in the rooms. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Would return, no doubts.

I asked for a cup of coffee while waiting for the time of check-in and was sent to the bar. I think such a good hotel could afford offering a compliment.

inside the room was way too hot 26c, had to open window from time to time. For restaurant, ordered dish of noodle to share with my daughter so asked them to separate spicy sauce on the side but they charged me for the sauce 800amd the sauce that supposed to put in the food only i asked to separate so my daughter can eat too. Ordered bread for 700amd and asked for olive oil and vinegar to eat with, got charged 800amd each!!

The water pressure on the 3rd floor was low , I changed the room and on the 4th floor the water pressure was very good.The picture of naked woman on the 3rd floor embarrassed me.

Very good place to stay in Yerevan center. Everything was in walking distance - Republic square, fountain parks, walking street for shopping, Cascade park. We could also walk to Ararat factory museum. Bonus was a nice pool in the courtyard. It was open at the end of October and we could swim and take a bit sun there.

Maybe it would be neccessary to change some furniture in the rooms. The mahagon stile closets are not of my taste.

Location is superb, close to major attractions of Yerevan. Rooms are clean and generously sized. Breakfasts are generous and tasty and there are plenty of local food to taste.

The furniture and decoration are a bit tied. Coffee machines would stop working towards the end of breakfast for about 5 days we stayed, when it happens ‘Hot’ water for tea is not hot enough to make a proper tea, due to a high demand. Staff frantically was trying to fix issues, but it looked like they had no options.

Breakfast is ok, changes a bit daily. Lobby is nice. Location is ok, near Republic Square and the Christmas market in Shahumyan Park.

Beware that the room is on heater only in winter. The room was so hot on our first night so they recommended to just open the window. Since the hotel is located in a very busy area, it was too noisy even in midnight so we didn't sleep well. We wanted to check out in the morning but unfortunately our booking was not refundable so we have to bear the condition. We didn't turn the AC on the whole stay, just opened the window in daytime and closed before sleeping. It was hard to sleep without proper ventilation. While the lobby and dining area is nicely designed, the room is very dated and you can see humidity marks on walls. Even though the location is nice, there's no grocery nearby.

I like the location. It’s near to the major attractions by foot. You can do a leisure walking tour by yourself. It’s also near to restaurants for convenience. The area is also relatively quiet compared to hotels within close proximity of Republic Square. This is the second time I used this hotel because I like the location.

The AC is not user friendly.

I called the hotel often for consultation about booking and pick up from shuttle, and everytime no matter what employe, they always were polite and helpful. Also excellent English.

The location is excellent. The food is delicious. There’s a great gym on the ground floor, really well equipped. The rooms are clean, no complaints whatsoever.
