Excellent location. A good boutique hotel offering great service and a good breakfast spread.

The view from the room was amazing , it made me feel like I'm living in a French movie and the shower was great , we got to the hottel after a very long day and that shower hit all the right spots . Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating, also I would live to apologize to the receptionist that I was mean to on my arrival. Despite my attitude, he was extremely professional and friendly.

This is our third time using your hotel. When we checked in on March 31st, there were problems with the window in our room, but the staff quickly moved us to a better room category. Everything else is great as always.

That was awesome.The location is in the best part of the town .The atmosphere is amazing.

Room is beautiful, cleaning everyday , breakfast is very good, personnel so nice.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location for Yerevan. Comfortable classy rooms and a neat spa area on bottom floor. Staff were all wonderful, especially Mari who was always at the front desk to offer us a pleasant hello with a smile and willing to help us with any of our questions.

Nice hotel, great location - would definitely recommend.

The only thing we did not like is the fact that the walls are very thin, and on the other night there was a group of men who were extremely load and therefore we were not able to have a proper sleep. This is something that the hotel staff should look out for and ensure that other guest and hotel staff respects the evening hours.

Everything was just perfect. From the kindness of the staff to the room, to the breakfast. I have never seen such high quality of furnitures in an hotel.Lovely place and lovely staff. Warmly suggested!

Every thing about this hotel is perfect It is the golden palace seriously! Great food , amazing staff Ani & Heghnar & Louisian , perfect location, the decor of this hotel is a piece of art! Highly recommended ♥️♥️♥️

Absolutely nothing

Bang on in the center. Comfortable room size and really good sized bathroom. Facilities are great and free (Sauna, stream bath and jacuzzi). Breakfast had a nice selection

Absolutely nothing

Great hotel! Large room. We asked for a 3rd bed and after that , the room still have quite a lot space. The hotel is located in the heart of Yerevan, walk distance to everywhere and surrounded by a lot of great restarautant and coffee shops. Staff is nice and helpful. The bar in the top floor is also great and can have a good view from top.

Staff are amazing, very professional, very pleasant and considerate particularly Heghnar Julhakyan in the reception whose manner and attitude were exceptional. She made our stay very pleasant. Also the staff in the bar and in the restaurant in breakfast time they are amazing.The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.The location of the hotel is brilliant. We will certainly come back. Thanks very much.

The staff’s hospitality, captivating decor, and prime location undoubtedly contributed to a memorable stay. Prompt responses on booking.com and late checking in and out accommodation. Fantastic breakfast and tasty salads served by room service. These guys knocked every point.

The breakfast was adequate rather than extravagant. Varied food with a large selection of fruits. The hotel is 'funtional' as opposed to being a 'resort'. The location of the hotel cannot be faulted, in the centre of the city and right on the pedestrianised area.While the rooms provide large windows, only the junior suites provide a 180 degree view of the city. Wonderful.

There is very little not to like about the hotel.
