Dynasty Hotel & SPA

Very comfortable, clean hotel. We were welcomed with a glass of traditional wine. Spa was spotless as well. The staff was very professional.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff, who were too friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, making it feel just like home. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, we did not even want to go to other places to eat?. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, thank you so much.

The hotel is not located in downtown.

Very prompt check-in service. Gayane at the front desk was exceptionally helpful—she upgraded our room to one with a lovely balcony overlooking Mount Ararat. She also served us some Armenian wine, which was quite good! Gayane was great with directions and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great staff. Nice being greeted with a glass of local wine. Good breakfast. New and clean facilities. Comfortable beds, including a rollaway bed. Quiet despite being located at a busy intersection. It is about 15-20 min drive to the center but there are a few restaurants and shops near by.

The pool closing hour is too early @8pm. Hard to use it after a daylong tourism activity. Should be open till 10pm as in many hotels.

The room was spacious and felt quite clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a small pool to relax in. About a 10-minute walk to the main street.

Breakfast was quite basic and limited. The hammam and sauna were not working during our stay, which was disappointing. The shower was also very small and cramped.

Definitely the best hotel that we ever stayed so far. We are traveling for years and Dynasty Hotel was the best until now. A very beautiful hotel! Everything was perfect our favorite part was the spa? The room was very clean and comfortable ?? The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful ?? Especially the girl at the reception was so nice with us ?? When we arrived at the airport our reservation for our car that we rent was cancelled and when we communicate with her she immediately found us a transfer to the hotel! Thank you very much for everything! if we come back to Yerevan again this is definitely the place that we’re going to stay ??

Everywhere was really clean, nice staff, new facilities. Breakfast package for early departure.

Low water temperature in the jacuzzi. There was no possibility to rent white sheets for the sauna. There could be more choice at breakfast. A little more expensive restaurant.

The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need—and more. You can even personalize your doorbell ringtone! The views of Mount Ararat are simply breathtaking, and the private spa was a fantastic addition to our holidays.Private parking and breakfast are included, and the staff was prompt and effective in resolving any issues during our stay.A warm welcome with a glass of local wine upon check-in was a nice gesture.While the hotel isn’t located in the city center, it’s just a short drive away, and a large shopping mall is only minutes away. Despite being situated between two roads, you might expect noise, but it’s surprisingly peaceful at night.One thing to note: complimentary spa access is available from 2 PM to 8 PM, and outside these hours, the spa is open to external guests for a fee.

Breakfast could be slightly more tailored to European tastes, and a few sunbeds in the spa would be a nice addition for relaxing between sauna sessions.

We liked the whirlpool bath in the room, and we ordered two types of pasta from the hotel restaurant – they were excellent. We also used the spa services, which were perfect too (you had 2 hours by reservation, with a maximum of 8 people, but we were almost alone). The breakfast was also quite good

Clean , new building, good facilities

Operation of steam and sauna was not working properly as the staff need training on it.

they welcomed us by a toy and a glass of wine. the room was super clean, staff behaviour was wonderful. totally everything was nice.

the location was far from the city center, but I think 20 minutes walking there is a metro station

I'm not sure if the toilet bowl & the bidet are properly aligned, it's a little not comfortable,the bidet should be on the right side but they put it on the left side, & the water is too sharp coming out of it.

Well decorated, at a calm place close to Metro, nice breakfast and kind staff :)
