The hotel provided an attentive service with easy and kindness. The location of the hotel weas also excelent.

The room was warm, spacious, and very clean. Each floor also had a water dispenser that the guests could use to refill their bottles for free—it was very convenient and it was what we appreciated the most during our stay. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded so we really had an excellent stay. The reception staff were also very accommodating and helpful.

The property is in a great location. It has a nice lobby and courtyard. The room was good and comfortable.

It was 2 mins away from the republic square of Yerevan and its opposite of Marriott hotel The hotel is clean , safe , close to everything and worth the price

The only point that they didn’t have bidet at the washroom.

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. Great value for the money.

I was really disappointed Some of the staff were extremely rude especially at the spa, I respectful at all !The housekeeper left the toilet garbage af the room, I called the front desk to send someone ro fake them, he replied in a very bad way he was like so do you want me now to send some one to remove YOUR garbage!!!!!

On the other hand, if you book as well because of the swimming pool, I don’t recommend at all. I booked this hotel because I was with my daughter and she would have enjoyed the pool. It is not written on website but this pool is shared with swimming lesson and much other people than hotel guest. We arrived and there was no lounge so we decided to seat on the floor and we have been told no. Then as soon as we got in the water they told us to go out because we need to wear a hat because of hair.. ( they offered to lend swimming hat…) so we left and I had a really disappointed child with me.

Location is perfect , just a few steps to the central

Small rooms, big furniture so we had to relocate them to the balcony to make space for 2 luggages, Very small bathroom, no drink or anything in the fridge, the guy at the reception when checking in was not friendly at all, not even a simple smile, no wellcome drink, no concierge or someone to introduce you to the room, we had to take our luggages ourself. The hotel only provide in room dinning till 23:00. Lobby design very basic. Breakfast not good. Very small balcony, its a bit expensive comparing to other hotels around .

Hotel was in a great location, just off Republic square. Walkable to a lot of the touristic stuff in the center of town, and super convenient to the dancing fountains at night.

The property is fairly new, but it felt run down, and it was outfitted in what I can only describe as basic pressboard furniture. Our room was spacious, but overpriced for the service and quality of what was offered.

The hotel has a great location, friendly staff, stylish interior, and a good breakfast. The room was well-equipped and comfortable.

There was a fire alarm during the night, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, and it can be noisy if your room faces the street.
