The staff was super friendly and so helpfulp with our requests. They helped us with parking during the busy DGP weekend. We could work in the lobby for a couple of hours. The room view with the large balcony is exceptional.

People smoking joints on the balcony despite clearly being forbidden. Due to the air vents in the windows it went into the room which was not nice!

Just love this beach hotel, the concept and deco are amazing with all the small details, the rooms cosy with an incredible view on the ocean. The staff is lovely and the breakfast excellent. We will be back for sure.

Kitchenette was nice to have and well stocked. Very large shower was appreciated. View, windows and shades were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mostly very quiet. Great beach location.

The staff were truly so helpful especially evening/night time/early morning. I don’t drink cows milk so I’m used to just having tea as coffee machines to add dairy free milk can be a fuss. This have the staff not hesitate to change the milk just so I could have a coffee/ hot chocolate truly was a lovely gesture. To come back after a day trip out to celebrate my birthday to the room nicely decorated with balloons and chocolate treats was very appreciated.

Everything was good. It's a basic hotel. Great for he beach. Breakfast was overly expensive for what it was. Bring your own. Nice lounge. Very satisfied. We'd stay again.

I think glass shower walls are bad design. Especially when the glass wall faces the street window and the bed.

Our rooms were without seaview - facing the street and therefore very loud, which we didn’t know before. Plus the rooms have been too small with a baby and no place for our stuff and a baby bed. Would recommend booking a room with seaview for more space and comfort.

EVERYTHING WENT BRILLIANTLY. AMAZING PLACE TO STAY, FRIENDLY BEYOND FRIENDLY, CLEAN, HALPFULL, KIND,NONINTRUSIVE, HAPPY STAFF. VIEWS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD, LONG BEACH, FABULOUS SUNSETS. CLOSE TO THE RESTAURANTS AND ATTRACTIONS BUT VERY PRIVATE AND CALM. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND LOVELY, ABUNDANT BREAKFAST AND THE BEST LOCATION IN ZANDVOORT.

THESE IS NOTHING WE DID NOT LIKE. WE LOVED IT ALL.

Good location right on the beach, modern rooms and facilities, friendly and helpful staff and a very chilled and relaxed atmosphere with balconies and an area outside.

No restaurant on site, breakfast only and an honesty bar or can order pizzas. Aircon was good but occasionally stopped maybe due to thingking there is no on in the room or the key is not in the holder: we could not figure out why! Parking is public and you need to pay and if its busy its a biut of a walk to the hotel. Its fine but oen thing to think about if you want convenient and private parking.

The photos online promise a sleek, modern beachfront escape — what we walked into felt more like a rundown, barely patched up roadside motel with a sea view.Let’s start with the rooms. “Minimalist” apparently means stripped of character and comfort. Think of a hospital ward with sand in the corners and you’re getting close.We didn’t even stay the night. That’s how bad it was.The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The furniture? Cheap, chipped, and literally splintering — a tetanus shot in waiting. Don’t just take my word for it — there are photos on TripAdvisor that back this up. The room had all the charm of a forgotten budget highway stop, nowhere near the “comfort ” they shamelessly market.Maybe their top-tier rooms offer something better, but if you’re booking a standard room, and have even a shred of taste or basic expectations, avoid this place. The only thing Beachhouse Hotel seems to maintain is the illusion of quality in its carefully curated photos.Yes, the hotel is on the beach, but so is a tent. The location is the only saving grace, and it feels like the owners know this — relying entirely on the sea to distract from the mediocrity of everything else.Beachhouse Hotel is the kind of place that makes you wish you’d stayed home — or at least spent your money somewhere that values guests more than profit margins. Zandvoort deserves better. So do you.

Amazing beach view. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast. Easy to get to. Nice restaurants and food trucks around.

Never been here before, wanted to see Tulips and what a sight that was . The hotel had everything. We live on a beach in Florida so always want to be close to that.

Brilliant location on the beach. Enjoyed hiring bikes , so convenient and easy to access lovely routes from the hotel.Nice breakfast and great to access hot/cold drinksand little cakes anytime . Staff very helpful with queries.

Not keen on all the doggy guests but can see why it’s popular.

Everything! The location, room, breakfast, and staff were all the absolute best! I 100% am recommending this to anyone I know going to that area, and we would gladly return again. Top vacation ever! ?

Nothing, everything was amazing! It would be really great if there were light lunch options (salads, sandwiches, breads, cheeses) throughout the day too.....but really that's the only thing. It was so perfect!
