Fantastic size, we booked last minute perfect for 2 couples. We were there on a lads chill break. Loved it and will definitely be back in zandvoort.

Not a dislike, more of a heads up lol. Mind the steps between every room. It's not a problem but if you're not used to it, it will catch you out lol

Spacious rooms which were very clean but ambiance could be improved with some art work.

I could sleep OK, bed was OK, heating was OK.

I booked a Junior Suite with Balcony, I got a regular room without balcony. Also In the fridge there was a half eaten yogurt recipient, cleaning can be improved.

I have enjoyed location of hotel, it was nice: both city center and a beach are nearby, that what we have looked for. Coffee/tea in rooms was majestic, also we both enjoyed the design of rooms - awesome and gorgeous! Beds - no word can express our comfort and excitation of beds, they were so soft that we just have not wanted to leave this place!

We didn't like all-in-all state of electric facilities, for instance, outlets were in not so good condition, it has seemed to us not so reliable. Also, there is quite unreliable state of water pipes facilities near boiler - they leave drops after using and also there is some rust.

Beach is near, "Downtown area" starts across the street and not too far from an affordable parking spot.

Had no hot water to shower on our last day. Water pressure of the shower is low, shower head is fixed and not adjustable. One balcony chair had a broken connection to the backrest on one site.Bed was not really comfortable. Entrance area and stairway is narrow.

Great location, few minutes to the beach and shops/markets. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Nice service from Reception. Recommend!

Everything (the beach, restaurants, shops) can be reached within a 5-10 min walk. It‘s spacious and okay for the price. The rooms look way nicer then the house itself or the hallway.

The stairway smelled like pee in a way that could not be ignored and it‘s very steep. The house has seen better days. The rooms weren‘t dirty but it wasn‘t clean either. Not a lot to expect here when looking at older reviews. The double bed was very small. There are inconsistent statements regarding the smoking regulations in the hotel. Would not stay here again, but the staff was very nice.

Spacious, clean room and balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Bike rental.

Bit noisy but ok considering it is on the main road into Zandvoort.

Bed uncomfortable, Narrow stairs to the 2nd floor. Uncomfortable to lift a suitcase. Breakfast - bread, cheese, boiled egg, banana. Do not pay for breakfast, better buy all the same in the supermarket.

The staff were nice and friendly. They are very accommodating.

The facility was bad. When somebody is using the shower, the faucet in the living room is making a loud noise even nobody use this faucet. That means the drainage is stuck up and creating this kind of horror movie sounds. Chairs are dusty and not clean.

The sofa bed was quite small, would probably suit a child rather than an adult
