NH Zandvoort Hotel

Friendly staff and pet friendly hotel. Excellent location and the sea view room was worth it.

Not much to say.

Staff was inexperienced and/or poorly trained. This became evident upon check-in, restaurant service, and even purchase of tickets for nearby tulip garden tickets. When drove 1/2 hour to the gardens, we found that our 48 EUR tickets were not valid!!

Very spacious room with the view to the sea - everything needed was in the room. Great breakfast - plenty to choose from and fresh and tasty food.

Very clean, however quite an outdated room, found the price a bit high for what was offered.

Emergency booking due to a cancelled flight. We arrived late evening and left early the next morning so did not have any opportunity to use the facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was spotless. It's a pity we only got to see the bedroom

Location close to racing circuit .clean.

Restaurant had limited choices and sometimes service was slow . Car park did not allow trailers.

Perfect location for Zandvoort Circuit access.

How close it was to beach and the staff. The staff was amazing with my friends and I who were pregnant and had a dog.

Nothing really. It was just a bit warm in the hallways.

Only close to Zandvoort circuit this is the only thing.

AC was not working and couldn’t sleep and it’s affecting my training , telephone not working , very bad smellIt’s not worth even 20 dollars a day Even though they ask me early check in fees for a room ac not working on

Check-in is WAY TOO slow… no fault of the staff, but it appears their computer system is something like 1980’s style and capacity.Had a fourth floor room which means there’s an alcove with glass ceiling making the room too warm. There’s one window which can open. Normally I don’t open a window but the room was way too warm for sleeping and the airconditioning did not work. I had checked in late; was unpacked, had showered and didn’t want to have redo everything by complaining to the front desk and perhaps getting a different room.

Bathroom quite aged. Basin blocked and shower screen did not work well and the water leaked to the bathroom when having a shower creating a mess. One of the days they forgot to clean and make the room. In compensation they gave the parking for free which was quite a detail. Thanks a lot

The room was dirty. I booked it for 3 people and we got 2 towels. We couldn't have a proper shower as the shower screen was faulty and leaked all over the bathroom. The breakfast was horrible. All the tables were dirty so we were struggling to find a place to sit.

The room is good, the breakfast is decent, the location is fantastic. It's Zandvoort!

The hotel is just a bit old - you can see it in the bathrooms.

Room is spacious, but lacked furniture - a long sofa would be nice.Near beach, but a bit more walk than some other beach front hotels.

Breakfast is not worth the money - no fried eggs, limited cereal + everything else.Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, long walk to city center, or Bahn Hof. Unless you eat at hotel restaurant or overpriced beach restaurants, it's at least half an hour walk to find some restaurants. Not very comfortable when cold and windy.

below average restaurant food, huge waiting time for food, breakfast average,

The air in the corridors is stinking, they are using far to much room scent. Close to the lift you can even taste the smell!
