Pros +
- Very nice accommodations in this beach town community. Rooms were large and comfortable and the bathroom was oversized. Easy access to the train and the town centre. We opted to park our rental vehicle in the parkade.
- The location was great! It is a short walking distance to the beach. The location is very convenient if you are in town for the Dutch Grand Prix.
- Good and clean apartments in Zandvoort. Great location! Small, but can easily used by a family 2+2.
Cons -
- The bathroom window in our unit didn’t close properly and we were concerned someone could gain access to our room.
- It was advertised that a parking space could be reserved at the time of our booking. I followed the instructions to request the parking space and two days later I was informed that there was no guarantee that there would be parking available. About 2 weeks later I was sent an email saying that parking would not be possible because of a Dutch Grand Prix and all the road closures in the town. One of the main reasons I chose this location to stay at was because of the proximity to the event and also the available parking. I feel like It should have been clearly advertised or I should have been notified a lot sooner that it would not be possible to park at the hotel. Because the booking was non-refundable, the only choice I had was to stay there and figure out alternate parking. When we arrived to our room it was clear that it had not been cleaned properly. Which is unfortunate because the space was great for a family of four. We tried to use the fridge but there was sticky stuff on the shelves and dead gnats inside. There was also moldy food in the cupboards that I threw away myself. The bathroom shower curtain and tiles had mold and mildew. The worst part of our stay was that one evening a group of drunk gentlemen who were walking up and down the halls banging on doors. Sounded like they were going to break our door down which woke up and frightened my children. I'm not sure if these gentlemen were permanent residents of this hotel or visitors. However, because the walls are paper thin, we were kept up for hours while they were partying.
- The shower was a bit outdated, and the kitchen was stuffed with really the bare minimum. The apartment was not sound-proof, so you could hear everything from the hallway. And in the living room, you couldn't open the windows.

Good and clean apartments in Zandvoort. Great location! Small, but can easily used by a family 2+2.
In the end, the apartment had everything you needed. It was rather basic, but nicely made. The stuff was very friendly and the location of the accommodation was good. 15 mins walking to the train station, 10 mins to the beach, 2 min to a supermarket. The beds were comfortable.
The shower was a bit outdated, and the kitchen was stuffed with really the bare minimum. The apartment was not sound-proof, so you could hear everything from the hallway. And in the living room, you couldn't open the windows.
It was a nice place close to the beach to spend time with my kids.
The broken door handle was bugging me a little.
Friendly staff, easy to find good sized rooms
Leaky shower, poor housekeeping
Nice big rooms and big bathroom with heated floor, large shower and corner bath. Recent bigscreen SMART TV, Nespresso machine and comfy beds.
The inner doors don't lock into place (entry door, door between the two rooms and the bathroom door), the wall between the two family apartments was thin so you can hear the neighbours' TV easily. Going to the room you'll need to go down a steep slope. No power sockets near the bed in the bed/living room.
Location of the property
I didn't like nearly anything in this apartment. To enter the property, you had to go through the garage where all the garbage was stored. The apartment was stinky, smelled of dump, and dust. Window opening to the garden had no curtains for privacy. The other windows were looking out at the wall ( garage wall). There was no parking space available. We contacted the property regarding that before arrival, disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. We didn't stay there a night.
The location of the apartment is nice, just in the city centre and very close to the beach .
I can’t say that something was bad , but for me the roof windows were not comfortable. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in. So it could be better to know beforehand about this peculiar thing.
Location and facilities are good.
The assistance was not there. Wrong password was provided for the WiFi. The kitchen lighter was not provided. We tried to call them around 9 pm, but the phone was on voice mail. We were able to talk to them in morning when we were about to check out. Also, you need to go to other hotel to collect the keys.
Location, big room, quiet neighborhood, supermarkets nearby
No hairdryer
Clean and cozy, very close by the train station and by the beach.
Maybe was nice some furniture by the bed side.
