Hotel was fine, nothing special

The place is quiet, clean, and indescribably lovely… I felt like I was at home, and I promised myself to come back every time I need some peace of mind.I highly recommend it to everyone — the supermarket, the beach and the train station are very close, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the personal care for the guests is truly admirable.Thank you, Richard and Tessa. I’ll see you again soon!

Location and owners were amazing. The service was impeccable. We had a small issue with our room and it was addressed immediately.

Nice little hotel near the beach. The staff was really helpful sending our forgotten headphones to our home address. Again thanks. Breakfast was exactly how we like it.

Very nice little boutique hotel, cozy rooms, very clean. We stayed only 1 night, but we really enjoyed our stay. Not far from the beach and a supermarket very close really recommended

I didn't like my room located downstairs with not not-so-nice view..

Just keep in mind that it's not a chain hotel or a large hotel building. It's an old building transformed into a hotel with love. It will not be spacious inside, and you will have to carry your luggage on a small staircase. Please keep in mind that checkout is 10:30, you won't be able to sleep longer, and you'll be hearing from your room others taken out anyway.

It was my second stay here in Zandvoort. Very friendly, nice rooms, tasty breakfast. I will come back again. ?

The location was perfect! 2 minutes distance from the beach.Across the supermarket and very nearby the central station and the small city centre.We stayed on the 2nd floor but you can always inform if they have a room available on the ground floor.Cosy room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Mini fridge & nespresso were in the room.There’s no wardrobe closet but they have enough clothes hooks.Very friendly hotel owners! I really recommend this boutique hotel.

Everything was good.1 point: the mattress was a bit light & soft, so you have to be aware that it doesn’t shove to much

Everything about this hotel was exceptional! The owners were extremely accommodating and welcoming, the location was perfect - close to the train station, restaurants, super market, and a short walk to the beach, and the hotel itself was beautiful.

Good location

Honestly do not understand where the 4 stars come from!! shabby, run down place, awful bed, 20 year old smelly towels...And the guy was telling me that I just do not understand the vibe of the place:) and that I am disrespectful - whaaa? should make an official complaint - if I see 4stars on Booking, than it should be 4 stars.

Had an amazing stay at Boutique Lodge. The breakfast was beyond great, and they catered to my gluten and lactose intolerance. Always helpful and so kind. They made it easy to travel alone. I'll gladly come back again!

The couple who run are so friendly and helpful! The place is beautiful and has a great location close to shops and the downtown center.

Location is central

Lots if noise from reception during the day which only quietens down after 7 pm when the hotel is closed.Bath towels very old.

Very tidy

The parking, however if your a day traveler in the car/van it isent too expensive. 10pm to 10am free parking

The location is amazing. The place is very cute and the owner was very welcoming. We even got a free upgrade

The matrasses are way too soft for us. Like, you sink in them kind of soft. For one night it was ok.
