Pros +
- Our stay in the hotel was lovely, we especially enjoyed the waterpark with spa area( saunas and salt room) , I liked the conference that I attended. Great selection of food choices ( I even had massless), even my gluten free daughter was able to choose some meals , she is usually a very fussy eater. Thank you very much to the restaurant manager for a personal pack of gluten free cookies. However for a very fussy eater is probably better to try a green restaurant with even more personal approach. Our stay was extended by 3 hrs as a bonus free of charge, that meant more water park experience, which is very much appreciated. We also loved bowling.
- Very nice hotel, with spa and basens. Clean. Amazing food. Personal on the reception.
- Great location , lovely pools
Cons -
- Well , sleeping on sofa was not very comfortable for me as I am quite tall ( also my daughters are rather tall, so would have probably had the same problem), but it was still acceptable. Beds seemed to be comfortable , my daughters did not complain.
- Personal in bars and restaurant can be more smily and friendly.
- Need good renovations, no rubish bin in the rooms , also bad thing is no safe in the room ?

I have choosen this hotel mainly because of our 2year old son.So has few amenities to kids such as: Baby cot, stairs for to reach the bathroom sink, kids pool (with warm water, approx 35C). What our son enjoyed was to run there and back between sand room (big sand room directly next to kids pool) and kids pool. The playground for kids at level 1 was very good (big and suits kids between 1-4years),also there is slightly smaller kids play area at level 2.Kids food provided at their kids restaurant - buffet (opening from 12-13:30 and after from 16:00-17:30), could be opened earlier as our son went to sleep at 12:00). There are always 2different soups to choose, main dish, veggies, desserts, pop corn, drinks, etc.
The draft in pool area while entering and constant draft in a main restaurant. At the main buffet dinner they do not cater for kids (could add some basic dishes like spagety, kids cuttleries, cup, etc).Otherwise the buffet is OK, nothing outstanding with regards to dishes, I honestly expected bit better if I compare to other 4* hotels in Poland.Swimming pools area doesn't have any really hot pool (max 36C in whirpools). The water slides can be used from age 12,so if you plan the holiday mainly for younger kids than 12years, be avare that they can't use the water slides if they are under 12years old.Parking extra charge - 50zloty/day.
Location and spa facilities
Cold room , food such as bread not fresh for so much money paid I would expect high quality products
The location was great with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool.We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.
We liked customer service, very professional and helpful
The hotel overall is really nice but the swimming pool is not in a good condition. The billiard room is awful... old tables, no music, and overall a gloomy atmosphere.
Big hotel in nice location near Wisła main market.
We mainly came for aquapark so that my kids (9 and 10) could spend time. It was a huge disappointment that water slides are not allowed for kids under 12 years. My kids were extremely disappointed. Interior of hotel is outdated, rooms look old, hairdryer was suport inconvenient; no spoons. You have to pay for parking and renting the bathrobes. No slippers. We have halfboard, not bad for me but not very adapted for children. If you want to ski, you need to drive.Generally, I believe you can get better value for money in this region.
Breakfast was amazing - a lot of various food including fishes, good coffee and sweets.
A long queues, the dining room was overcrowded, not possible to seat in some quite place to enjoy the meal.
Really liked the Waterpark facilities, it's amazing ?? also the food is really good
You have to pay separately for parking... usually in hotels that are 3+ stars the parking is includedAlso, it was hard to find drinking water anywhere (except the breakfast place)
Location
Air con did not really work, room service was a joke!
Good
We do not like a meal, a lot of semi-finished product. Water park open at 11h, so if is check out at 12h, it is problem to visit it last day of stay. Paid parking is also unacceptable.
Very good
Aquapark trading hours from 11AM, very late. The Finnish sauna was out of order and the rest of the saunas were still quite cold around 1PM.The room was a little bit smelly.
Breakfast was delicious, eggs omelet was perfectly made ,even if you are vegan, you can have something for yourself to eat
- stuff was nice
The list would be long but the main things are:- strongly outdated. It's polish 90s style and it's just strongly used. The renovation is needed - the diner is not good. The meals are not tasty- the parking spot looks like not finished. Let's be honest. It looks like ruin- not enough elevators as for such big object
Excellent staff, really friendly, always willing to help. What we did not expect was that we could get a free meal in the restaurant when we got to the hotel after the dinner hours. The pools are great, especially the hot tubs after a long day outside. The room was quiet and had comfortable beds with few pillows to adjust for anyone's needs. In the breakfasts/dinners the dishes were refilled on an ongoing basis.
The breakfast/dinner vegan options were really poor, which was quite disappointing. In the menu in the room we did not see a single vegan dish :( Also these times a lot of hotels are deciding not to provide shampoo/shower gel in small plastic bottles, in this one they are still present. The nice thing was the water taps by the swimming pool, but the single-use plastic cups could be replaced with some other solution. We also noticed that in the room ventilation was not working efficient enough (?) Every day we came back to the room and felt that it did not get enough fresh air.
everything was nice. food was great. pools and service also good.
Luxury pools with views to mountains
Too soft beds
Most of all I liked the outside pool and jacuzzi - it's nice to lie in the water and look at the mountains. Also my son enjoyed the waterslides. This hotel has a bigger number of jacuzzi compared to Gołębiewski Karpacz which we visited a while ago. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Close to the hotel you can find a lot of interesting locations such as Skolnity - a mountain which you easily visit using a ski lift.
It's a pity that in the pool bar you can't pay with the bracelet - you need to have money or a hotel card. Also the choice of food at the breakfast was a little bit smaller than a while ago (I missed pancakes:)
Nice place, far from the main road and in same time close to city center, taste food and nice view from the restaurant, clean, heated pools, entertainment for children
Only entrance to swimming pool through the big aqua zone inside building - no way just come to pool from outside, this way if you have baby carriage need to ask on lobby call to pool bodyguard to open backdoor outside and the ramp on this backdoor have very high angle so that one person cant pull the baby carriage here so another person helps and go long way around through aqua zone cuz only one can come with carriage, and its not safe especially with wet feet. there is no trash basket in room excepts small in lavatory room, no ashtray on balcony. no ramp and elevator to -1 floor gaming zone, so baby carriage had to bring by stairs. gaming zone extra charged. parking extra charged. aqua zone, pool and some other features not only for visitors and can be used by guests thats why lot of guests from city during weekend
