Room was clean, good breakfast (although only decaf coffee available one morning)

The absence of staff: there is NO staff in the hotel. My coworker had a problem with his roomcard and we had to wait for the concierge to come in by car to solve it, much to his dislike. Appalling customer service.

The room was unbearable hot upon arrival, minimum 30`C. No air-conditioning, no fan, and windows didn't open completely to have a breeze as the bug screens are installed fixed. Too bad as the hotel is generally nice.

breakfast was good, the free parking is good, the hotel has added an elevator which is good. they are accomodating of a late checkin which is good.

there was no towel in my room!!!!!! then the AC made this terrible beeping noise!!!! When I asked for the towel they said they would give it by 7am but finally I had to go looking for it myself. In case this happens to anyone else, its on the floor of room 201 in the fire hydrant cupboard!

interior, design, quality materials, comfy bed and bed linens, right room size.

Could not turn off heater, so room was extremely hot. Had to sleep with all windows open (noise). Wifi in room was weak.

Good clean room and quite big.Reception had arranged auto checkin for us since we were arriving after close of reception.

Walk to the room is quite far with luggage.

Good location, lovely hotel plenty of parking and a superb breakfast

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good.

We stayed in the same room on our journey out to stay with family and on the return journey. On both occasions the room had quite an unpleasant smell. On arrival the second time the windows were open, probably for this reason and the room was very cold as it was freezing outside. On both occasions the complimentary toiletries were empty.

Stayed several times previously and have been very pleased.

Room was a little noisier than typical. Room backed onto service units and temperature required that windows were open.

Breakfast was OK.

Lack of hot water - water was luke warm, not pleasant for bath/shower. Bathroom and WC were not clean enough for my liking

Nice free parking, easy to reach from the highway. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The furniture and the setting of the room looked old. The room wasn’t as clean as you would expect it to be in a 4* hotel.

Managed to get breakfast earlier than published time - the dtaff were really helpful - 5 stars

No ventilation and air conditioning in rooms, Wi-Fi is not good.

The breakfast . Not enough healthy products. To much sweet products ( cornflakes, yogurts, breads).

Friendly staff, comfortable stay although the room was a little smaller than last time!

With such comprehensive facilities it is a shame the hotel is unable to offer meals outside of breakfast, although I noticed that for 20 Euro they will provide a 'packed lunch'.

rather strange environment - a kind of ball room like hotel for 500 guests with only me and 3 others staying.

I've stayed here a couple of times. I always get the same room so I like that. Parking is spacious, location is great for my needs.

There were only 2 guests in the hotel so there wasn't the usual buffet breakfast hat I like, but okay, it is understandable. I, however, am not very happy with the 30%-35% price increase since last year.

disappointing

no reception upon arrival (keys in envelope on desk) and room was difficult to find, hardly any indications.The 'single' room was a one person bed, I would have like to know upfront.I was 5' too late for breakfast and the buffet was still there, they refused to give me breakfast!
