No parking. Damage on the bed. Scrambled egg was not replenished at breakfast. No personnel at the service desk at 20:30hrs.

quiet place, near a grocery store. Room was ok, there was a fan

2 glasses in the room was dirty- with lipstick on one and something dried in another. Breakfast not like they show on fotos, but not bad. The sheets are old and in pellets. The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars, perhaps it was like this before. but now it is quite old, updated in some things

Staff were busy due to an event, so the reception was not as pleasant as I would have expected. No left baggage facility.

Suits well for family, as plenty of room for 4 people and for quick over night stay.

No air conditioning, vent in bathroom quite noisy, keeping window open is not an option as street noise is considerable. Breakfast is minimal.

Fortunately I arrived before receprion had closed and was able to get checked in by a human. The hotel itself is very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

I strated out trying to use the automated check-in and couldn't get it work. Fortunately the receptionist resued me, but it could have been very frustrating.

Lovely hotel….clean, spacious room, quiet, good location, friendly staff. Very nice having complimentary water and a bar fridge.

The computer entry into the Hotel with all the complex instructions to enter the hotel, spent 40 minutes trying to enter the Hotel.

Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast, but I didn't like finding in the room an open water bottle, almost empty, with "Wilkommen"... I wondered if the glasses could have been used too... .. ...

After checking in, when we entered the room, my husband identified that there was an open bottle of water, almost empty, with the "Wilkommen" card. We thought it was absurd, but we laughed, I took a picture and thought "I should notify reception later", which did not happen that day because when we left the reception was empty.The next day, at checkout, I was asked if I had consumed anything and I said no. I explained in English that there was an empty water bottle when we arrived so we had no way to consume it.I don't know if she understood correctly what I said in English, the fact is that the bottle of water was placed on my bill as if I had opened it and consumed it………… I didn't argue.(I warned the Hotel that the bottle was already empty to prevent the next customer from going through the same unpleasant surprise... I didn't imagine they would put an empty water bottle in my invoice....Guest, be alert..., check the bottle on arrival and if it happens again, call reception immediately so they can check and trust the guest's word).

We liked everything about this hotel, the room, the bed, the breakfast and the staff. Good parking behind the hotel.
