Highway One Motel

No brekky supplied but next door to a number of options including Hungry Jacks (not used)Security was good.QuietThey advised only places to eat was the hotel and the Cafe (Indian)

It was a bit further out of town than I liked.We drove down to the hotel but it was packed, loads of kids running riot and food prices ridiculous so we didn't bother.

Located on the main highway heading West from town, the motel was set back from the road and behind a security gate that provided increased security.Parking space was right outside the fr4ont door of my room.A short 2-3 minute drive into town so easy to access dining options.Very friendly staff at reception.

It was in a convenient location for me, driving along the nullabor. The parking area was right in front of the rooms and gated so you didnt have to worry about your car overnight. I arrived after checkin time, and the process for that is you go into the counter in the attached store next door and they handle your checkin, as was posted on receptions door.

Location for an overnight stay as we were traveling on to WA was basic but adequate. Easy and quick refuel and back on the road in the morning. Room was comfortable but basic and clean.

I disliked the continuous noise of the diesel generator all night. It sounded like it was just outside our window but all I could see was a back fence.

Convenient location (highway travelling) for the one-night stay, the room was set back from the highway, so noise was not a problem, clean with everything needed for a short stay

The room was large. It was well stocked with crockery. It was very comfortable.

As it was just for one night on our travels it was good

The room has spacious and very clean.Parking was easy.

The lady that greeted us at reception was outstanding , friendly , accommodating and informative….we’d come back just because of her !!! I told the owner that she’s an asset to him !!

A comfortable room with older decor but everything needed for a comfortable stay. Secure parking and a service station next door with everything you need. Comfortable bed.

Couldn't stay longer

The staff were welcoming and pleasant, took an interest in the purpose of my trip and offered assistance if required.

Whilst the Roadhouse attached to the motel has no correlation with the business, I feel I must report my disgust with the attitude, manners and service of the staff of such. As this is the closest outlet for supplies and such for patrons of the motel, I feel something has to be said, as this put a blight on the motel, as a pleasant facility.

Secure fenced car park with a fob to enter and exit. It's on the highway as you drive through town.Excellent sound proofing and a comfortable room. You don't hear any trafficThe manager came to the check in counter after hours to help. much apprecitated.

The flyscreens had a smal hole and mosquitoes came into the room. Fotunately there was insect repellant in the room.

Very convenient location close to Highway 1. Plenty of space in the rooms which keep cooler on hot days. The facilities in the rooms were everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and interested in our experience. We will certainly stay again and thoroughly recommend.

Wi-fi was intermittent and slow - a minor problem.

Was really i.pressed have stayed here before but it has now been renovated and for added security fully fenced with a security gate

Good location, except a high wall blocked out ocean views. Bed was lovely.

I would stay again as it was clean and affordable.

The sliding door to the bathroom tended to get stuck on the carpet and the wall mounted aircon was loud.

Our room had an outside light that could not be turned off. It was very bright and light up our room. This wasn't the best when we were up early to drive 13 hours the following day.Other than that, it was great.

Great room for the price, comfortable bed and clean all round. Very happy with the place. Secure parking and good access. Well done
