Atmosphere was lovely. Staff were super friendly

No air con & fan didnt work properly. Shower/bath could do with grab handles for older people with problems.

Very expensive, disappointing when they cancelled the live artist because guest complained about the noise.

Great location and the kids LOVED it.

I know the cleaning is a very lovely luxury, but after 2 nights our floors etc were not cleaned anymore.

A room with a view is an apt description - just quire beautiful especially when you are up in the morning early due to jetlag.You could be in Greece - stunning

Parking for visitors is quire far away from apartments - makes it difficult

Everything was really great. Apartment was very neat and clean. The facilities are great. Well worth it.

On one occasion somebody removed a football from the room. I asked all further staff visits to cease.

The staff was super friendly, and the environment was great.

The kids' activities closed earlier than communicated, so our planning was thrown off a bit and the babies were disappointed when we got there to find the facilities closed.

Whole apartment felt damp. Beds felt damp. Single beds were more suitable for children not adults

Great stay but noisy neighbors above us constantly moving furniture around, making it unpleasant during our stay. Also, no adapter plugs in the rooms and bedside lights not working in both rooms. People sitting right beneath our apartment having conversations that we can hear late at night.

Close to the sea

It’s a bit of a rabbit warren. The layout and sign posting could have been better planned. The biggest problem is that the paving is dirty and the wall paint needs a facelift in many places.

Fun activities for the kids

The fact that there’s no golf carts and you need to pay for the tuktuk and the fact that you need to pay for everything and the jetski pricing goes up so much every year

The cleanliness, you can eat off the floor. Thank you for the cot that the guy came to install. Baby loved it and it was a great help for her daytime naps. The units have everything you need, there is a tv in every room. The staff is friendly and so helpful. Excellent and efficient service. There is so much to do, but my time was too short. I enjoyed the pool. Definitely staying longer next time.

There is nothing not to like

The place is fine not the same as what the pictures say and that was almost the same place where I booked the last time where I look over the Harbour

I couldn't sleep the place is warm the ceiling fan didn't make any difference abd the gas braai didn't braai right

The view from my unit was the highlight.

The walk ways, like the passage to your unit and the stairs were very dirty. Cleaning staff also sitting and smoking on the stairs in front of your unit and leave their cigarette dirt on the stairs. No man.

It was clean , all Kitchen utensils were available, the reception was very helpul

The Window in the main bedroom was shaking with the wind and there were a few bugs

Drains were dirty and blocked Kitchen was dirty Windows and doors rattled constantly from the wind

The room was not situated in the location as I selected it on Bookings.com. It did have a sea view, but it was not in the location I chose based on what I could see from the photo's.

The bedroom door can't open fully as the bed is in the way. There is no actual center light, the only light is a small lamp on the headboard, that is very strange. You have stairs from your unit to the lawn and the ocean, but you cannot lock that door so you can only use it if someone is there.

Beautiful views, the pictures shown does not compare to real time experience. Awesome and friendly staff. Super safe and comfortable environment. The house was equipped with everything you need and more.

I requested a box at the restaurant my family and I lunched at for the left over food, when the waiter arrived with the box I opened it and there was a family of roaches, I informed the waiter and she gave me another box in which I could still see dead roach remains. I payed for my meal and left immediately. Everything else was perfect except my experience at this restaurant.

Spa & gaming facilities , beautiful location

Walkways are dirty & needs a good clean / sanitize. Residents smoking substances freely. Parking bay was allocated with sticker on vehicle but when arrived at parking bay an illegal vehicle was parked in our bay for two days with no sticker on, so process breached.
