Adventure Pad's by The Farmhouse Hotel

We stayed many times before.Lovely dinner at the French restaurant La Petite Maison.

The set up of a room was beautiful...

The breakfast was delicious but didn't know that it was not a buffet I' must buy if I'm not full or add extras with extra money... The size of a glass for juice is totally very small for adults... The breakfast was Cold expecially on second day.... Same as the coffee....

Dinner and breakfast at 'le petite maison' outstanding! We had beautiful weather and the surrounding just amazing.

The staff were so friendly, and efficient. They found us a restaurant for dinner (Pearly's - a great place) and made the reservation. The front desk lady made me a reservation for a welcome 40 min massage. So amazing! The hotel is so close to the ocean, you can see the water from your room. Lovely walls that lead you around town. We had a really great time. Check-in and Check-out were easy. Inside parking and wifi.

We enjoyed it especially for the staff being so friendly and nice, the rooms are very clean, the place has a very nice view to the beach with safe parking.

The place could use a bit of revamp more so on the corridor leading to the rooms and the mats on the floor.However the service was great and the place is in an accessible location not far from a lot of things.The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Bedroom had a sloping roofline which could have caused accidental head injury when getting out of bed at one side. Restaurant was under separate management from the hotel and appeared rather pretentious in its offerings.Noise - both internally and externally - Cyclists assembling under our room window early on first morning. Children noisy in external corridor at other times

Breakfast was 10/10! Location is good, as it has a beautiful view of the lagoon and sunset.

Our room was right above the kitchen and at times very noisy. The hallway can also be very noisy, especially with small kids running around.

Staff were very accommodating and lovely, and found us a room upgrade even though the hotel was full. Food was the best in Langebaan, and after the upgrade everything was perfect.

No aircons in the rooms. The room we booked did say it was hot, but it was unlivably hot. There was a hum from the hotel sound system that needs fixing!

Beautiful building, with lovely stoep and views of the ocean. Great breakfast included and the restaurant at the hotel was delicious! Very comfy room. Would recommend and book again!

Everything was perfect

It was the perfect location, close to all attractions. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent which was served with such compassion by the lady in charge and the kind waitresses.

The place was a bit noisy especially at night

Beautiful restaurant with the amazing view. Very good breakfast and cheesecake. The service brillant. And even though the hotel is very old and has their unique style, unfortunately, it needs renovation as in the bathroom the tiles go out and the windows wobbling when is windy. PS: We always give the highest review, which doesn't mean that everything was perfect. But. in this way we give a chance to notice and give an opportunity to improve it for the management

It was perhaps a bit noisy since the restaurant is attached to the accommodation so we were woken up quite early.

The restaurant which is in the hotel but under different ownership than the hotel, breakfast was excellent and owner and staff very friendly. You can also book lunch and dinner

Room 1. Our "double bed" which consists of two beds together fitted with a king size fitted sheet to make one king size bed but the one mattress was lower than the other one and also very well used (hollow) in the middle.....also whenever one uses the basin or lavatory the sewerage smell seems to pass the water trap and leaves a stench which goes away after a while. The showering time is stipulated as to be 4min. It takes about 4min just to get the water temp adjusted for a shower..

I like it so much the views were out of this world.

Beautifully renovated farm house, lots of attention to detail went into the interior. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and spacious. We would absolutely recommend this place and the restaurant!

Our room (no. 13)was situated above the hotel's restaurant, so we could hear the noise from the kitchen, the other guests, and the music playing in the restaurant, which was unfortunate as we wanted to sleep in a bit in the morning. Also, the room got very warm during the day in the sun.

The view, the lovely staff, the scones!!! Just lovely!!!
