Exceptional Host and Owner ,hospitable ,attention to detail ,neat and clean

it is modern, new and homely. the staff were amazing.

No hairdryer in my room. I did request one, but it was not there.

Breakfast was good. I was impressed.

1. After I paid the amount of R1800 which Damian asked for then took us to our room he then returned and asked another R1100 and left. Then returned a third time to asked another R700.I never received any paperwork/receipt for the additional amounts paid. We were 2 Adults and 3 kids and booked in at 10pm.Furthermore this is an excellent hotel.Thank you very much...

filthy toilets in room and very bad attitude of manager and no one to greet you and help you on arrival.

Little options for dinner. No chair ,desk to work in room. Very anoying blue light from automated door lock in room

The staff were very friendly and the owners were very welcoming and easy to have a conversation with. They went out of their way to assist me and my family to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

That I couldn't stay longer. The price is abit high but you're really getting what you pay for.

There was one thing...I stayed in executive suiteThe chair by mirror way to low had to build with pillows ...suggestion make think nice red fat cushion for that chair. Other thN that had a amazing time

Awful. Overpriced sterile rooms with cheap fittings and fabrics. Booming music playing until midnight, patronizing owner. This hotel must have paid for five stars! We asked them why they allowed us to book a room whilst running an end of year party in a small area. We got no answer.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is good.

The breakfast was underwhelming and food cold - had to ask for my plate to be microwaved on both mornings.Also, they do not serve filter coffee, rather instant coffee at a Five Star Graded property - this I found unacceptable.They also confirmed an early check in at 1pm and when we arrived the one room was not ready.

The lady that we dealt with was great ,attentive and did her best

instant coffee that could be bought at checkers for a hotel is a major disappointment.

Our room was not cleaned, had to ask for this to be done. Wewere not told about the breakfast till midday on the second day and we were not advised about the kitchen facilities available to us in the villa. Very dissatisfied

very friendly staff, amazing delicious food, breakfast was incredible and lunch very good. spa treatments were exceptional especially the massage. fantastic room and comfortable, quiet but great areas for relaxing, would highly recommend.

No continental breakfast, which means not a variety to choose from. This is misleading advertising. The doors are being locked a certain time, and we had to knock and walk around the building

The room was very comfortable.

It was cold so we walked to the spa which is a about 30m away from the hotel,and after the Spa we had to walk back to the hotel while raining and cold,The Spa needs to be closer or in the hotel.My wife did not like the spa treatment as she was stiff the next day.

It was available, the spa was decent although they booked for a sports massage and then just did a Swedish.

Location was inconvenient, no bath or turndown service. Hotel severely lacked character, charm or luxury. Definitely not deserving of 5 stars.
