The Farmhouse Hotel

Loved the views. The room was very comfortable and I loved the availability of the hot tub and the fireplace. The restaurant is excellent.

I would have liked the hot tub to have a little roof, as it was not as private from the rooms above. Additionally, since there was a little drizzle, we could not use it all the time.

The room was beautiful, and those thick walled buildings keep the room nice & cool despite not having air conditioning. We had the breakfast & dinner package and the meals and overall hospitality were outstanding. The staff were friendly, informed, and well humoured. The pool & view is amazing and it was great to spend a few hours relaxing here.

We should have booked for longer ?

The warm welcome and cleanliness. The rooms were spotless.

There is only a fine dining restaurant on premises. There is no room service, and no UberEats in Langebaan. However this should not deter you from the amazing experience.

Beautiful location!! The restaurant was very good for breakfast, and they also helped us arrange a family reunion BBQ (braai) for 17 people, which was fabulous. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. All in all, the hotel was a hidden gem. Thanks

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The view from our room and hottub was amazing. So much to do. West coat nature reserve about 5 to 10min drive from. The accommodation. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. The food was topnotch fine dining meals.

Shower: shower head can be higher. I'm short 1.5and didn't fit underneath

We had a lovely stay overall thank you. We probably felt we paid a lot for our apartment compared to other places. The sink wooden counter wS broken/sunken in and our front door would not lock the first night unfortunately so I didn’t sleep well that night. This was fixed in The morning. The restaurant and food was absolutely amazing and they went above and beyond to pack breakfast packs for us to take since we checked out early.

The Farmhouse Hotel has unmatched views, great food and spacious and comfortable rooms. The hot tub was wonderful.

Terrible neighbour in the next room who had her TV blaring and at 2.38 am I had to knock on her door to ask her to switch off the TV

Firstly, the location with its magnificent views over the lake is fantastic. The room (9) was spacious and comfortable and the "oldie world" look and feel of the Farmhouse Hotel offers a different and appealing ambiance. The breakfast was very nice and made to order.

We stayed in Room 9 which, as described above, was lovely. The room was upstairs and these were quite tricky to negotiate at my age (70). We will be back but I will specifically request a ground floor room.

A really wonderful stay, nice room, great views and pool, friendly staff and good food.

View from our room was excellent, we looked over the lagoon. The room itself was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

view, breakfast. the only disappointing aspect was when we checked in we were told that we could not eat dinner in the hotel, as the restaurant was fully booked. I think you need to inform your guests before arrival of the options and when booking advise to book the restaurant or at least explain that it is run separately and that you have to book it we arrived at 8 and wanted dinner, we had to leave the hotel and drive to a beach bar, that was not a good start. but other than that it was a lovely stay, the hot tub was a bonus too,

Location and views absolutely fantastic, perfectly situated for one or the best views over the lagoon. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. In-house restaurant Le Petite Maison is absolutely fantastic, superbly run, staff very attentive and host very welcoming and friendly. Very efficiently run and the food was simply superb.

A bit dated in decor but otherwise no complaints.
