Great view, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room.

Bed cover was a bit rough, so not very pleasant to lay on it.

The staff was amazing! The hotel is very beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time there. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel was not effected by the recent fires in the area.

Loved being at the seaside and listening to the sea with sliding glass door open.

I was hoping for a more walkable neighborhood, but the hotel itself Is really nice and there are a couple of restaurants around.

The staff was amazing, the room size was great, and the direct beach access is unbeatable! Everything felt spotless and well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made the stay easy and relaxing. The location is perfect for morning walks and sunset swims. Ideal getaway—would absolutely return.

Wonderful sea view and comfortable room. The Breakfast buffet had a large varitey of items including eggs, cheese pie, croissant, cereal, fruit, cheese and coldcuts, something for everyone. In the hotel main are, there is a lovely dining area, lounge and bar just before reaching the outdoor pool and seating area.

Shower size was a little on the small side. Could use a tissue box in the room.

Really dated, needs renovation Not very clean. Most personnel were either indifferent or rude.

The staff here are amazing… they truly care and went above and beyond. Especially when my car broke down and a member of staff spent a long time in the heat of the day jumping it. Very friendly and caring community at this hotel, including the cleaning staff.We also loved the pool and literally a few steps down to the beach. Perfect for families- places to eat and mini mart a two minute walk away.

Lovely location, clean facilities, a nice resort atmosphere. SPARKLING clean pool. Music (not particularly loud and certainly not annoying) and quiet enough pleasant socializing at night.

So many little things just weren't up to par. The hot water failed on 2 different days. The A/C failed. The remote parking (a field approx a 3 minute walk away) didn't have a sign to differentiate it from another nearby field. Some of the staff wouldn't make greek coffee for breakfast, though some would.

The staff, specially Maria, she was amazing, ready to assist me for my breakfast. She is amazing ! Beautiful swimming pool and very beautiful sea view.

I knew the distance with city centre of Athens not close but the lack of transport other than Taxi/Uber makes it costly if you want to reach Athens city centre.

Had the most wonderful friendly front Staff Sandy and server Bella. I stayed over here to be by the sea before catching a ferry the next day. Room was cozy and view was very peaceful. I’ll be back to Mati!

The place was out of the way from areas and not a lot of places near by, but hotel has a restaurant and would definitely be a family friendly place.

The staff and owner here are my very favorite! I have stayed here for years with my kids and family when we travel from the islands to Athens by ferry. I love the people, the food and the location! It is an easy walk to dinner with a few great choices and the hotel has excellent food and bar service as well. The hospitality and staff are the shining star! I love the family there! See you next year Hotel Mati!

The hotel is beautiful, location facing the sea, close to Athens, the airport and other beautiful towns. The hotel is beautiful, well-kept and clean. Very good breakfasts but most importantly the attitude of the staff was excellent, they helped with every request and solved every problem, recommended and advised on every question, we really enjoyed it.
