The views from the room, the bed was really good, and the nice design. Also breakfast was really good (and restaurant service)

Surely this is not a 5 star hotel but more like a 4. Reception service its not really good. Too much nice design spaced but not too mane areas that are good to spend time on, especially if cold/windy outside

The spa area needs more attention and more regular cleaning. When we arrived at the hotel, it was a very hot day, I would have expected a refreshment to make us feel comfortable. Also the breakfast was good and fresh but a little limited.

Great location, very friendly staff, loved the pool and breakfast.

For a 5* hotel few small amenities could elevate the experience, like rack for drying the clothes at the balcony as its a summer destination, safebox was not functioning (no batteries) , better hairdryer .

‏ Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We liked the property and our room. We also really enjoyed our breakfast and the design of the hotel is beautiful.

The only downside was that the room pool was in the shade and it and the weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it. When you book, try to contact the hotel to make sure you’ll get a room where the pool is sunny.

Really lovely Spa hotel with great staff in a wonderful location on beautiful Kea. Our suite was exceptional, as was the freshly prepared sushi.

Nothing, everything was perfect

A beautiful hotel with less than 30 rooms, meaning it was very personal, quiet and relaxing. Wonderful spa, open to all guests with an indoor pool, sauna and steam room. We booked 2 treatments and enjoyed every second. Our room was exceptional, wonderfully decorated, huge and clean. Just a short walk to the harbour with lots of little Greek restaurants and shops. The breakfast was included in our room and was delicious. We will definitely return!

The lack of an iron and I thought the hairdryer could have been of better quality.

Location / view is perfect, the most beautiful place on the island in our opinion. Hotel itself was very peaceful, never felt too busy, spa was amazing and always empty! Pool and loungers very good too. Room is big with great (and silent!!) aircon, good waterfall shower, mini bar and balcony. The staff were brilliant, every single person made us feel welcome and ensured we had a brilliant stay. The cleaners do an excellent job too. The breakfast and sushi menus are good and fish is fresh. The breakfast buffet in particular is very impressive with loads of healthy options. I loved that there was fat free Greek yoghurt as well as normal! Would 100% recommend this hotel!

No iron in the room and our balcony didn’t get the sun but this didn’t negatively affect our stay.

Tho most amazing hotel and experience, it is 5 stars hotel and more… the rooms are outstanding, the style is incredible, the views and breakfast are just amazing, the stuff is so so kind. We are just speechless and totally coming back Thank you for this amazing stay

Loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful rooms and very clean! George and his staff made us feel like home!! The massage therapist was exceptional and the breakfast was outstanding. Truly a world class hotel.

There is no fitness center or gym of any kind at this hotel. That was the only thing that was missing in my opinion. No other complaints.

It needs to put facilities for carrying the luggage from car park to hotel. Unfortunately you have to carry the luggage from the car park through a large number of steps . It is very easy for the hotel to built a ramp as there is plenty of space

The hotel is brand new. The design is amazing! The view is stunning. It’s super clean. I’ll give them that.

The only reason I have negative comments is due to the fact it supposed to be a five star hotel if it was a no star hotel I wouldn’t say anything. 1. Leak of management- it felt like someone just throw some kids on their summer vacation to the hotel, they have no clue about service nevertheless five star service. Example: I booked a taxi to pick me up from the port in advance, they promised that a driver will wait with a sign for us, arriving there, no sign no driver, we called them they said they will check and didn’t even call back, we just start to walk and stop a taxi on the road. 2.Breakfast- so disappointing, has nothing to do with five star hotels. The buffet was SO basic. It was kinda sad. The menu which we took ourselves since nobody even greets us and gave it to us was with some choices of eggs, it was just uneatable, which surprised me since the choices there were so standard. Overall it wasn’t worth the money. I would suggest to anyone that is coming to the island to book an apartment and just enjoy the local food. This hotel doesn’t worth it.

The light on and above the pool is nice but it burns all night and is a bit bright for the rooms above.

The staff was very friendly, very polite, eager to meet every need and make you feel special. Exceptional architecture and interior design. Wondeful facilities. The outdoor pool/sunbeds is fantastic. I definitely recommend it, and I would definitey go back.
