Perfectly located between the two parts of Ragusa. We had a beautiful room with view towards a little stream deep below our balcony. Good parking options on a public parking space with direct admission to the lowest floor of the hotel, once you checked in. Breakfast was nice with friendly staff and good range of fruits and other items.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be convenient. There is an option in the lobby downstairs though.

We stayed in the annexe in the King Spa room and it was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. Large, comfortable and well located. The breakfast was great as well.

The breakfast was good, the location was fine, and there was free parking nearby. Air conditioning in room worked.

We stayed in the "Annex", an apartment around the corner from the hotel. It was musty, damp, smelly and dark. I felt like I was in a cave. There was a thin blanket on the bed and it was too inconvenient to get another. We would have had to go around the corner to request. Upon check-in, the hotel staff was unsmiling, unfriendly and unhelpful. If you decide to stay here, do not stay in the Annex. Perhaps the main hotel is a bit better.

Perfect location to visit Ragusa Ibla. Parking adjacent to hotel. Front desk staff pleasant. Nice airy room with view of town. Excellent breakfast.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. A wonderful stay with a great breakfast!

The location was good for access to the old town and close to a nice bar/restaurant. The parking was also good, we found a space in the public parking near the lower ground level of the hotel.
